The ryoshi house of jazz affiliated except it comes with thicker chunks when you buy direct from the produce supplier. The sashimi are very fresh. Favourite has got to be the butterfish surprisingly. Melt in your mouth. The grilled fish is also surprisingly moist and well-seasoned. They also sell other breweries and fresh fermented products in the fresh produce area. Creme caramels are available for grab at the end of your meal and it tastes very good.

I love these restaurants, I’ve been to two, in Canggu and on Sunset Road, I really like the fresh fish and fast service! The prices are great too!

One of the best fish I've tasted so far. The sashimi are fresh. Especially love their grilled butterfish and grilled squid. The seasonings and sauce are simple, making the taste of the fish shine. It would be nice if they make the place colder by installing fans or aircon. And replace the old furniture with a new and cleaner one.

The Fish is very fresh and delicious never tasted such delicious food like this. The atmosphere is very nice and staff is very friendly. This place is a hidden Gem!

Food is gooood no questions, but place is dirty lots of flies and just not well taken care of. But yes, looking for sashimi and grilled fish, here is the place.

Read a few reviews abt cheap oysters and decided to give this place a go. Oysters are live but not great tasting. At most 5/10. Price is really cheap so can’t complain too much. IDR 15k per piece, small sized ones.

The place is rather rundown and hygiene is a concern from the way the portions of fish are being stored. Their choices of wines and alcohol are bad and mostly out of stock.

We also ordered the aburi sushi 8 pcs. Didn’t taste terrible but barely pass muster.

Not recommended actually.

Looking for fresh fish at a reasonable price which is not down trafic lines and tourist trap such as Jimbaram? Sakanaya is definitely the go to place. My favorite: sashimi plate AND the grill butter fish - I promise you won't regret it.

I dont know maybe today the food just lacking a bit tho.the sushi rice was a lil bit dry imo.the other food is same delicious like the first time, sashimi still good.

This place a hidden gem. We went there around 7pm Nee Years Eve as most restaurants were fully booked and this place was all g distance from our Villa. My only regret was this was the first time and it was our last night in Bali. The sashimi, rolls, fresh oyster were all so good and priced below what other places would charge. The people working in the restaurant were also extremely friendly. I will definitely come back here when I’m in Bali

Great place for those who crave fresh sashimi and super tasty fish and chips. Seriously, it was one of the best fish and chips I've ever tasted, with crispy batter, fresh fish, and tasty tartar sauce.

Beyond these, they also serve a variety of Japanese food and sake.

Price can be a bit on hefty side, especially considering the portion size.

Definitely a hidden gem, reasonably priced and worth the trip.

The seafood was amazing! We got a whole mahi-mahi fished grilled & shrimp skewers. Both were delicious and fresh. We also got pork gyoza, fried seafood noodles & steamed rice. To drink my partner got 3 bintangs and I got 2 sprites. Altogether cost less than $40! Such good value for money. The customer service reduced our rating from 4 to 3. The lady who took our first drinks order forgot my sprite even though she wrote it down. Then when our food was bought out they forgot our rice. They also didn't clear away our used dishes or bottles.

Very fresh fishes here!
I usually eat grilled fish. It comes with veggie and special sauce. I don't know what they put in the sauce, But very Delicious!

Out side seating, no AC. Mosquito all over.be prepared (bring mosquito repellant).
