Royal Samaja Villas

Beautiful Private Pool Villa accommodation that’s just a short walk to the busy Main Street of Seminyak, our pool was crystal clear and the bedroom had massive super comfortable king size bed. We had breakfast in the restaurant every morning and it was excellent. The Villa staff are so helpful & polite, we would definitely return to this villa but a word to the wise who read the reviews, try and book odd number villas 1,3,5 & 7 as the don’t back onto a busy road that runs parallel to the Villa resort.

Our party of 2 couples recently spent 6 nights at Royal Samaja Villas in Seminyak. We all LOVED our stay and would definitely go back there. The villas are striking. They offer a high degree of privacy (inc private pool) and are clean, very comfortable, secure (digital safe) and quiet. The attached bar and restaurant offers good quality food you can get delivered to your villa (perfect for breaky & dinner) as well as a wide range of cocktails. Like most places in Bali, free WiFi is standard. A HUGE selling point for this place is the excellent service you'll get from the friendly, helpful and professional staff. (Yes, its that good.)
Very highly recommended, especially for maybe older couples who don't necessarily want to stay in close proximity to noisy night-life, while still being within easy walking distance to shops and cafes/restaurants.

One downside: You're not close to the beach cafe strip here, however you can very easily get a cheap gojek scooter ride (approx Rp 12000 / $1.20 AUD) or taxi (approx Rp 35000 / $3.5AUD) to Double 6 or Legian beach, where you'll find an abundance of beach-side cafes/restaurants (with free lounge/sun shades and a great range of food/drink). If you're not comfortable installing the easy to use gojek app the staff will happily order a ride for you.

Great location, friendly staff who are at your service 24/7, clean villas. Restaurant attached to the accomodation is great, breakfast was included and could not fault it.

Lovely stay here and didnt expect such a 5 star service from the staff. To Santi and Wadi (Kasava) in fact all of them from the hotel and cafe were very warm and welcoming. Perfect stay and strategic location, and did I mention the cafe has good food and cheap price too!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The villa is beautiful. We have our own private pool. There is a restaurant on site or you can choose to have your meals delivered. They offer amazing service and it's easy to get around. We will be back!

A special shout out to driver and tour guide Ajik. So helpful during our week. Couldn’t ask for a better tour guide than him.

We stayed here for the first time last week, it was also my first time to Bali. We can't find any fault in this Place. The staff were all so Kind, Friendly, Caring and very accommodating to our needs.
The rooms were very well kept, serviced everyday and the breakfast included was amazing. The Restaurant service and menu was faultless.
We became very attached to each of them. You don't find this type of service back home in Australia. I was not well a few days into our Holiday and they did everything to help me feel better.
I will never forget this experience, and when I return it will be to stay here again.

Makanan dari kasava resto enak sekali, pelayanan ramah, villa nyaman, cocok untuk yg ingin liburan dengan suasanan tenang, hanya kolam renang mungkin perlu perawatan. Overall nyaman & lingkungan asri

Lokasi cukup strategis, hanya saja parkir nya kecil.
Checkin cukup cepat, hanya saja menunggu 5menit untuk menyiapkan roomnya tanpa ada deposit.
Staff ramah dan menjalankan prokes dengan baik.
Kamarnya luas, ada ruang tamu plus meja makan, private pool, kamar bersih dan rapi. Ada kulkas, mini kitchen, AC dingin di kamar, ada water heater juga.
Kamar mandi luas, ada bathtup, aminities lengkap ada hair dryer juga. Handuk wangi saya sangat suka.
Kalau mau nongkrong juga bisa, villa nya menyediakan resto yang cukup kece untuk menambah feed di instagram.

Pelayanan sangat memuaskan. Staff ramah dan cepat tanggap dalam memenuhi keinginan tamu. Ada juga cafe dan winery disini. Untuk harga masih terbilang masuk akal. Pokoknya mantap

Tempatnya nyaman, lokasi strategis.tapi minta tolong untuk pegawai restaurantnya untuk lebih sopan jika mengantar makanan ke villa, karena maen nyelonong saja masuknya tanpa mengetuk pintu atau memberitahu sebelumnya.staff restaurant tidak etika, kayaknya kurang belajar lagi.

Good place for your holidays, villa no to big but no small, pool 6x3, stuff kindly. In lockdown cost only 650k x nights, normally 1 million or more but I think is to much expensive for that rate.

We had a peasant stay here, peace and quiet villa in the midst of seminyak area, not to mention the private pool is pretty huge

The foods are great, the live music every Thursday has a nice singer. But it just has a few parking area just like other hotels in Seminyak
