Rocky Lembongan Fast Cruise Harbour

The high-speed boats that go to and from the island are not big but because they are fast enough, they will not stay on the boat for too long, which is acceptable.

Unfortunately they have a Macaw chained to a stick at their beach club at Nusa Lembongan. It’s sad to see and would deter me from using this company again despite their service being good. I’m not sure why it would be necessary to have this bird out for anything other than looking at but this shouldn’t be happening in this day and age. If they can pay for everything else, they should be able to pay for a longer chain at the very least.

We have to differentiate between the pick-up including transfer to Sanur (0 out of 5 stars) and the rest (5 out of 5 stars). When we picked us up, our driver forgot about us, so we had to take a later ferry and we ended up losing half a day. The driver didn't even apologize properly. But just laughed at us. We received a discount, but the driver's behavior outraged us. We would have expected an apology.
The rest of the transport from the port of Sanur went smoothly. The boat left on time, the transfer on site and the pick-up on the day of departure went well. The transfer back also went smoothly. It's a shame that the driver spoils the impression at the beginning.

Honestly, so great!
We travelled to Lembongan from Sanur, and back. Really great service, clear communication, and a smooth journey! Big plus was that the boats were punctual (we've travelled on other boat companies to Gilis before and boats were SO late).
Will be using again, and would 100% recommend

Have booked once complete with all transport from Ubud to Hotel Nusa L.and Nusa L.to Uluwatu Hotel. (Ubud and Uluwatu have an additional charge). But it was generally cheap and there was no planning stress. One is carried out well. Everything was handled very well. Drivers were on time. At the beginning there may be a bit of excitement in Sanur before you are taken to the boat, but nothing worth mentioning. Would book here again on my next visit.

Totally ridiculous that they stop at the back of the Lembongan island now, which is in the middle of nowhere, and charge an exobitant amount for transport to Jungut Batu where many of the other boat companies stop. I would have taken the Scoot boat if Rocky's website is clear about this. This would be my final trip with Rocky. Never again. Bye.

Disappointing that our bag was tampered with by staff, 2 items of clothing stolen out of our luggage whilst onboard. Make sure you lock your bags!

I ride this boat from sanur to lembongan and back.boat departs on schedule both times.there is dock at both ends, my feet never get wet.only complaint is that lembongan dock in the middle of nowhere at opposite end of island from mushroom bay.i rented motorbike from lembongan dock, 100,000 per day.hotel transfer is extra 50,000 each way, good price.one way ticket is 275,000 each way without hotel transfer.i do not buy tickets in advance, boat has plenty of empty seats both ways.

The best fast ferry services I have experienced in Asia!

As the very beginning, when purchased on their website, the payment was pending for 24h and no confirmation was issued from their system, this to be fair made me worried about. When I've contacted their customers service email, Desy was able to help me in such a swift and sweet manner as I never seen before! She was also able to assist me to anticipate my return ticket at no extra cost.

I highly recommend this company, is might be a bit priced than others, but pre and after purchase caring are unbeatable! Looking forward to booking new trips with them:)

Terrible, we were not allowed to board and told to wait till 10, making us miss our boat. They also took our luggage without us. The attendant was too busy playing on his phone to allow us through the gate at 9: 45 or 9: 50 when we tried boarding and were told to sit down.

Boat was fine but they charged us 200000 to drop us off at our accomodation on the island. It’s only 2.5km so that seems a bit steep.

Couldn't fault a thing. Everything was done for us. Hotel pickup, boat transfer and drop off to hotel on Nusa Lembongan. Very friendly staff and well organised!

Used Rocky to get from Sanur to Lembongan and vice versa. Be sure to come with clothes that allow you to get wet until upper knee level since boarding at the beach will be by foot. Rocky's emplyers will take good care of your luggage and carry it on and off the ship.

Overall a very good experience. The crew was friendly and very skilled with loading and unloading the baggage. My 9-year-old daughter thought it was hilarious when one of the guys swooped her up to carry her to the boat.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the price of the land transfer on Lembongan. When checking in at Sanur, we were offered a ride to our hotel on Lembongan (not included in the price). We were told it would be 250,000 rupiah (50,000 pp for our family of 2 adults, 3 children). We were going to Mushroom Bay from Jungutbatu. I hesitated because it felt expensive but went ahead for the convenience. Came to learn that other drivers charged 100,000 throughout the rest of our stay. Quite a mark-up, Rocky!

So overall, I would recommend using the boat service but sort your own taxi when you get to Jungutbatu. There are plenty of Lembongan locals willing to drive you!

Rocky Cruises were incredible!
We had planned way in advance as it was a group of 8 for our 50th birthdays so we had to be organised. We were staying in lembongan at the end of our holiday. With so many companies and of recent nightmare posts, we made sure we researched as much as we could & it came down to reviews, times, as they were pretty comparable on prices. We also made sure we arrived and departed before 11.00am while it was calmer and swell not too big.
Rocky cruises had fabulous reviews and we know why. Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end. Always contactable. They offered free transfers to and from both ends and airports/villas etc, which was brilliant and needed.
I was very nervous as it was planned months in advance. Also returning to the mainland some of us going on different ferry times to villas and airport. I had printed our emails just in case things got mixed up but from beginning to end they had all noted different schedules, ferries, and transfers and even last minute a couple of our friends had last minute flight changes and they slotted them into the others as well as transfer to hotel even checking as we were driving off to make sure they still didn’t need the airport. We also booked a private half day snorkelling package with them. Included free transfer to and from our villa, water, snorkeling equipment, towels and lunch at the end It was brilliant! We all felt safe and it absolutely topped off our holiday. We also hired our mopeds through rocky cruises when we got there.
Overall they were just fabulous and would definitely recommend and use them again when we go back! Excellent service!

We made the choice to go with Rocky over Scoot because of the reviews and weren’t disappointed - they provide a shuttle at both ends of the boat (hotel to hotel) which makes the trip extremely smooth. We had to change our return boat time and it was extremely easy to do via their WhatsApp - no hassles.

I will never trust any other transportation to Lembongan, but Rocky Fast Boat!

The trip was very smooth and pleasant, their staff was so friendly that it felt like a friend. If I choose Nusa Lembongan for another vacation again in the future, I will always go with Rocky!

After buying tickets for the wrong day, I asked the company to cancel it and changed my dates of travelling.
They agreed by email for cancellation.
But they never refund our payment.
Be careful with this kind of abusive commercial way of working.

Excellent experience with this ferry company. Very friendly, punctual, communicative, and affordable. They offer pick-up in Bali for an extra fee and free drop-off and pick-up in Nusa. Highly recommended!
