Deplorable and dirty spa. The therapists or rather the girls have very bad manners, the telephone permanently in the hand, the dirty hands.the sarongs and towels are not changed, it smells a bad smell of oil. Avoid this spa, you will avoid micoses and other illnesses. Where is the boss?

They are lying about their closing time it’s not 9pm but 7pm so don’t bother moving for nothing:)

Really bad! My nails are worse of than they were before and they were really expensive in comparison to anywhere else. Very unprofessional!

This Spa is “ Rasis”
If you have “ligh skin” its will be have good service
But if you have “dark skin “ or Local even balinnesse The Service will be “poor”
INSIDE IS TO DARK AND MASSY.
The therapis every 5-10 minutes go out service area.

Bener2 ter gak worth-it dan terMAHAL yg saya pernah coba! Saya kesini cuma buat minta tolong keringin rambut dan catok dalem. Mereka cuma pake alat hair dryer dan catokan doang! Bahkan saya gak minta keramas, udah keramas dari rumah, bahkan semua oil2 buat rambut itu saya BAWA SENDIRI!

Tetap aja pas bayar ditagih Rp. 150.000! GILA banget sih! Gak bisa ngitung apa gimanaaa?

Gak keluar biaya air, gak keluar biaya shampo, gak keluar biaya conditioner, gak keluar oil rambut, dan vitamin rambut. Cuma keluar biaya listrik dan jasa buat ngeringin dan catok eh suruh bayar 150rb!

Bahkan di salon terkenal di seminyak add on blowdry yg mateng bgt itu cuma 100rb! Ini salon biasa pinggir jalan lho, malah kenain harga mahal banget.

Padahal saya cuma minta catok dalem doang bukan curly! Itu pun gak mateng2 bgt dan gak tahan lama catokannya. Saya di handle sm mbok Made saat itu, mbok madenya sih baik dan oke oke aja, tapi gatau siapa yg kasih harga, yg jelas GILA dan MAHAL banget! Masih gak ikhlas saya kalau inget2 kejadian itu. Kalau gak buru2 ada acara, gak akan mampir deh.
Saya tahu skrg lagi corona dan susah cari uang, tapi jangan segitunya meres tamu lah.

Massage wasn’t bad but paid for an hour and got a rushed 35/40mins massage. After telling her it was 20mins too short she still has the cheek to charge me a card admin fee. Very noisy and grubby environment as well. Won’t go back there.

If I could give it a zero I would. Came in for a hair styling.

They were telling me different prices from the chat and when I arrived at the salon. The salon is really small and the staff was rough when washing my hair.

In the midst of them doing my hair, the girl pulled my hair using the hair curler and some of my hair got plucked out. Not only that, they also proceed to burn my scalp with the hot curler. Came in and asked for a beach wave, with picture reference. Went home with a weird hair thats not even beach wave.

Never coming back.

It's a simple but nice little place, the staff are friendly, informative and professional. The do home service too, so they can come to your house / villa. I had a great foot massage from Imelda (I think is her name), and also Auliy did my nails. Thank you ladies! I will definitely come back.

Lovely place even though there are not many tourists around right now. My masseuse gave me a professional and strong massage, and I felt very relaxed afterwards. I’ll come back to this place and try a different masseuse to make sure I didn’t get just get lucky. There is a warm water shower and a soap/shampoo dispenser. They need to promote themselves as more of a spa rather than a salon because when you look from the outside it looks like they mostly do hair and nails. But that’s not actually correct. Their massages are definitely great value for money with a basic 60 minute Balinese massage at Rp 90k.

Tempat nyaman bersih, karyawan ramah 2, free Wi-Fi, AC, harga terjangkau, terlihat dari laluntias normal.

Must say, I'm very impressed by the quality service and pricing. I stopped in to get gas at the little shop next door, and couldn't say 'no' to the kind people outside the salon. Got me in for a Balinese massage and I was happy to see that the 'hard' massage was just that. Very therapeutic and relaxing! Felt great after my workout earlier today. I will definitely be back!

I came for waxing, nice girls, friendly and smiling, they got two girls to do the job more faster, and the price was really low for the quality of the service

Just nice and not pricey but i had a bad experience for my first impression. The workers were physically fight each other in front of my kids. Need to train their attitude.

Clean, friendly Staff & good service.the only thing, it's a bit hot inside the massage room.
