I love this shop! Just got my new custom made longboard. Few days from the order and was ready for pick up. Best surfboards in Indonesia! Good skilled professional customer service and very good selection of different boards on stock. Customs shapes is the thing here so its best place in Bali to get custom boards done. I have two board bought from Redz sometime ago and quite happy about them. I wanted to buy a new board, unfortunately this time luck of service put me off from buying. Any questions asked, took a life time to get an answer in the shop. Asking for advises, no response whatsoever. Wanted to have a new board, but will be looking somewhere else this time. Luck of customer service. It was look like they don't want to sell the board, luck of knowledge what they have, luck of information. Poor service.

Amazing! I ordered a custom board from Redz before heading to Bali from NZ they have been AMAZING to deal with through What's app and the board is perfect. Exactly what I ordered and exactly what I wanted. Couldn't recommend them more. I've had alot of boards made over the years and these guys are top notch! Thank you again.

The fixed my badly creased almost snapped, surfboard, 6 months later and still works as good as new.

If you want only strong repairs for difficult or big dings, or broken fin boxes then Redz is the place. They do very strong ding repairs. Their ding repairs last a long time. The price is fair they don't rip you off like other places. There is some parking space in front. They have good selection of boards and legropes also. They do custom boards. Staff are very friendly and experienced. A trustworthy place generally. The shop opens till later than other surf shops so thats great.

Can’t recommend this place enough! Kook dropped in on me and broken the top of my board pretty bad. They fixed the top so nicely you can’t even tell it was broken and also fixed some of my other little dings which I didn’t even ask for them to do. 100,000rbp so only $10aud. Amazing. Will come back if I have any other problems for sure very quick and good service. Thank you guys!

Came to get a ding fixed, asked for no colour epoxy because I knew they told me they won’t be able to make the same color. When I picked it up I saw that they hadn’t fixed the entire ding but only parts of it so I asked them to do it again. 2 days later I called and asked if they were done, picked up my board but this time they used color. It’s properly fixed now but the color is hideous (it’s brownish on a turquoise board, how?) and they worked on a fairly big area, the ding was only quarter the size of the new brown patch. I was tired of complaining and wanted to surf so I took the board anyway but every time I look at the repair I am just disappointed since my board is brandnew.

Cuts ur shape3d files on one of 2 different machines.good finishing and glassing.makes his own blanks.the epoxy resin on pu blanks works great for longevity. The most amazing part is the owner/shaper actually responds to ur emails, usually the same day.wooaahhh! Where else on the planet can u find a shaper that is actually efficient, organised and gets things done on time. I tell u, nowhere, ive been screwed around by stud*r, by chann*l isl*nds, never once by redz.he will scan ur boards if u need also.

I got from Redz new board and left him my old snaped board to fix. Just got the board back and those guys make amazing job fixing it. Amazing value for mony both new carver and repair! I can not recommend more!

Best one in Bali. My boyfriend bought a longboard and it was great quality for a great price. And friendly staff too.

Today i had a bad experience in Redz Surfshop! I use to repair my surfboards there more than 2 years! Since iv been in Russia Last 4 months i didnt know that i shouldnt go to repair boards there anymore!

The first thing what the color not much (so all of you nows its difficult) thats why the first thing goes down and i forget about it! Even if its a good and not local surfshop!

THe second one - On the back side was chipped off paint, no hole JUST chipped paint! Diameter 0,5cm MAXIMUM! They color it) and and even did not spare the dye) A Dye Diameter wasnt 5 milimetrs its about 15 centimeters!

ANd one more thing - they put thge colour so "GOOD" what i clearly see a fiberglass under!

I took a taxi to buy a 6.11 funboard instead of buying my board in Kuta. It took me 1hour to go there because the traffic. But I do not regret. This funboard was very good for people between bad and good intermediate level.
As they told me, they buy me back the board for half price. The board was in very good state except one part which was broken (maybe 2-3*4cm).
