Visited 2nd Aug 2023, family of 3 including 10 years old.
If you life outdoor water activities & you are in Bali, its must.
Good hike/trek to start point & from end point.
Our raft captain (Wayan referring himself as Money) was really jolly person, he made our 2/2.5 hours a fun including surrounding rafts.
There is a nice shower facility & buffet lunch after rafting. We gave highest tip of our vacation for making us happy on Balinese festival day (Galungan).

Our guide “monkey” is the best guide I’ve seen! He’s very entertaining and took good care of us.
The overall experience is so fun! Will definitely recommend this and come back again.

We were booked on Klook and had a great experience with this rafting operator. Their gathering point/main office is located in an alley, but once you reach the parking area the place is pretty darn spacious. From meeting point you'll be driven 20-30mins away to the starting point and gear up. Walk another 15mins through beautiful paddy fields and down steps to the river side. The activity took about 2hrs and a buffet (Indonesian style) was provided at the end. Locker, hot shower, and changing rooms are provided and the raft captain/guide brought with him waterproof bags for your small items.

John was a great guide who, together with great rafting mates, made the experience really fun. It's worth the moolah considering that gear, food, shower n towels were provided. Can be tiring, best not to pair it with another physical activity on the same day.

Great water rafting experience. I was expecting a quick activity but this was a solid 2 hour (with breaks). There are calm areas and more bumpy areas which make it quite exciting and our tour guide was quite knowledgeable with the area and made the ride entertaining. Even took us to spots to take photos.

Would definitely recommend this red paddles as I noticed we started further up the river compared to other companies so we were getting value for money. Our entry fee also included a towel for the shower and lunch which was a bonus.

Last moment bookkeeping made for white water rafting, including pickup from hotel villa in Ubud - everything went well, and greatly enjoyed our trip down the river and rapids. Lots of fun, and expect to get very wet, particularly if you're in the front of the raft like we were! Thank you for fitting us in at late notice!

Sangat sangat recommended bangeeeet kalau ke ubud, hospitalitynya ok banget, guidenya friendly dan informatif, sepanjang rafting di jelasin semua hal hal yang ada, gak tau berapa jam perjalanan rafting ga bosen sama sekali. Thank you Red Paddle, sukses selalu.

Satu satunya tempat rafting di Ubud yang menyediakan drop off dan pick up dari finish ke start point dengan air conditioning car. Fasilitas lengkap, staff yang friendly, makanan yang tidak kalah dari restaurant professional. Sangat recommended, pasti akan kembali kesini kalau main ke bali.

I can not say enough good things about this trip. Amazing value, fun guides, longer trip than the other companies offer, good lunch, well organized and finished the white water rafting with some ATV riding and a two hour spa. My best day in Bali. The company is the best.

Very safe adventure with our guide John. I had a great 2hrs spent. Lalith was also nice enough to send me soft copy of the photos taken by the professional after I purchased only 1 hard copy! Thank you very much!

We had great fun on the Ayung River. They picked us up in Seminyak and it took around 80 minutes to Ubud. It was very well organised, and great value for money. Lunch was included and tasted great.

The experience here is great. Almost two hours rafting with 15 minute rest in the middle of the river, you can grab soda and beer while resting, then you get lunch after rafting

Really great, especially for family. The boat captain expects you to buy him a Bintang & a $tip at the end.
Worth nevertheless.
