11Delayed departure. Extremely uncomfortable conditions on board - very crowded, fans not working, crew not letting us keep windows open. Suffocating.
Bad organisation. We booked the snorkling trip and because the fast cruise was in delay the snorkling boat already left. We had to wait for 4 hours for the next snorkling boat. Horrible time management, we almost mist the last boat to sanur.
Asap rokok dimana2 dari para guide dan staff. Para tamu enunggu lama dg santainya duduk di tengah keramaian lgsg menyalakan rokok. Para tamu terutama dari luar negeri terkejut dg budaya keramahan lokal, ekspresi mereka kesesakan asap rokok, tdk cocok utk yg tdk merokok atau keluarga terutama anak2, takutnya pariwisata yg mulai pulih dikecewakan dg budaya merokok sesuaknya yg merugikan wisatawan. Paket termasuk bonus asap rokok dari para guide dan staff
Pertama ke Nusa Penida lewat Ray fish fast cruises kemarin, staff ramah dan Alhamdulillah perjalanan pp lancar:)
Zero star the two guys for organizing people to the boat lie to me that not ready and the are ready for delay me to take a seat in my boat as well bad organization my honeymoon not recommended as per I am marine officer
Nice and fast boat, have round trip with them to Nusa Penida and it was great experience. They also have whatsapp and reply all queries

Complete unprofessional. They told to be at their counter at 7.30am for the 1st boat for which I had to rush. But still without informing anything they just left their 1st boat & telling me to board in the 2nd boat. I am only having 1 day for Nusa Penida from which 1 hour I wasted in waiting in their counter.
Their excuse was more people arrived before you! Seriously, then what is the meaning of a booking & also its not like I reached late.
Not recommended.
Pelayanan sangat memuaskan, paket lengkap, dan staffnya pun juga ramah, recommen bgt untuk yang mau menyebrang ke nusa penida
