Rare Angon Warung

ABSOLUTELY delicious!
This Warung is a hidden gem a bit outside of Ubud. You take nice trek to get there. I was amazed by the food. I ordered Nasi Campur and it was so tasty! The prices are very affordable and staff friendly! Also the look of the warung is cute and you eat your food while watching at the beautiful green scenery of Bali

These legends served the best food we we’ve had in Bali, great views of the rice crops, dog pats and they even drove us to a karaoke bar half an hour away after our meal. 100% worth it! Go support these guys

We stopped for a drink, a good place to watch the sunset, although it was not one of the best days for it.

The place is behind The Campuhan ridge walk if you continue in walking. The restaurat is family owned local place where you can come and enjoy the local atmosphere with great drinks, and tasty food. We had mango and watermeloon juices, espresso, chicken with sweet sause and vegetables, chicken noodles soup. I have to admit that it was almost 10/10. The prices are fair, so you fit into the budget 60-80k per person (dish + drink). We were happy to visited, stayed, enjoyed, tasted supported and we will definitelly come.back again if we have a chance. Wifi is free as well, might you can see some cute friends - cat, doggys that just sleep ;) We recommend.

Highly recommend it! Coffee is really good and the plates are big! Great environment and music! The staff are really kind too!

Very tasty and cosy place. I ordered spaghetti O flip O lio with bacon, and it was amaaaazingly tasty. My husband ordered simple chicken soup and said that it was the best meal in our 10 days already.
Also I love to try different hot drinks with different types of milk. In this place I found taro latte and red velvet latte, which is reeeeally tasty for same geeks like me

Came here because of the good reviews, but my experience was opposite. The staff was friendly and smiling, but:
- not tasty coffee (beans taste bitter)
- cappuccino with coconut milk was the worst I ever tried (made not right, milk tasted strange)
- no aesthetic in presentation
- high price for what you get

I’m living in Bali for long and visited so many places, this one I can’t recommend

Sooooo delicious. Authentic homemade food. We both had Nasi Kuning and every element of the dish was amazing. Also had a cold fresh coconut and a dragonfruit smoothie ️️️. Highly recommend.

Food mediocre and took so long to bring it. Very non-responsive waiter. They brought everything at the same time and food was cold. NON-RECOMMENDABLE.

Update: You are 'welcome' for my reviewing but denying everything I say? I had the grilled chicken sausage and the curry soup. You know perfectly who I am.

I had to stand up to ask for an extra virgin mojito, to ask about the food after 20 minutes I did not even have the starter in my table and to ask for the bill. Three times the client had to stand up. Your 'waitress' was inside speaking to the girls in the kitchen instead of attending the clients. As you yourselves have admitted, there were around 4 tables and the rest of the restaurant was empty, which makes the situation more worryingly as the place being full is not an excuse. While you are not a fast food court, there is a minimum standard of expectations and 30 minutes to cook a sausage is way too long.

Thank you for supporting this warung. The neighbors opposite, (Yoga Café) jealous of their success, built this hideous wall which now surrounds the terrace.
