Ramada Encore by Wyndham Bali Seminyak

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Firstly, the cleanliness was poor; there were ants on the dressing table, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the hotel itself felt old and in need of renovations.
Secondly, their transportation policy is unreasonable; they insisted on only allowing taxis from their door, which costs more so I had to walk with my luggage under the scorching sun to get my ride.

It was such a great stay! Wilma and Eva were specially super stars, helping us in the reception and restaurant during our stay

Trisna is very professional, competent and super kind. She was very helpful especially with the money as it can be quite confusing when you are from another country. Great job Trisna.

Reality is I came this place for one night stay. But the this palce changed my mind. I extended my stay one more day and spent all day in here. The place was so good. Manly the food and room it is so relax stay in Bali. I should recommend this place

The room is very clean, the bed is really comfy
my family loved the pool very much
the staff are also very friendly and good, especially amin who was very good at handling us while in the swimming pool
they also provide shuttle bus
but it is very unfortunate that there is a taxi mafia so we can't get grab/gojek by ourself

No wifi at all. The swimming pool is large and spacious, but that's all. The interior isn't dirty, but if you look closely, it's old and quiet, and from the very long hallways to the small details inside the hotel rooms (such as hair dryers), it's quite shabby, in the style of an American movie motel with a killer! It doesn't seem like a place to stay for a long time unless you're going to sleep in a hurry after taking a Korean Air flight. In fact, there are a lot of hotels at the airport if you're going to sleep in a hurry. I checked out early. Koreans. I hope you stay in a good place since you're in Bali.

Loved my stay! Staff were very accomodating and friendly. The pool area, restaurant and services were lovely. First time in bali was a breeze here! Would definitely stay again! Eka Jim beam was lovely barman, amongst others.

Great place to stay in Seminyak. The rooms are spacious. The pool and restaurant bar is just lovely. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Hotels, local groups, etc.block online traffic such as grab. So you have to walk 1km away. It is notorious even among taxi drivers. I booked it because of the low cost of accommodation, but I will never use this place again.

Doorless shower room makes the floor wet and very uncomfortable. WiFi speed is sucks. Technician already come to help but no change. Download 1 Mbps, upload 0.37 Mbps. Can youbimagine54* hotel give you this internet speed?

Staf ramah, kamar bagus sebenarnya.
Hanya saja pemilihan warna kamar mandi salah menurutku, niat menyamarkan noda tapi malah jadi kelihatan kotor.
Tidak ada tirai dikamar mandi, jadi air nyemprot kemana mana.
Pencahayaan payah, lobi kurang menarik, menu makan itu itu terus.
Hal positif dari hotel ini hanya karyawan dan kolam renang, sisanya biasa aja, jelek dan jelek banget.

Berlibur itu memang enak dan menyenangkan mas bro, tentu seharusnya begitu ya too.menjelang Libur Natal krmaren sy disini. 4/3 dn. Hotel Bagus, bersih kamar hadap kolam renang.cuman masa pandemi ini, menu breakfirstnya minim.pilihan 2 mcm doang.

OK: the pool and environment, soo green, AC in the room cold

Cons:
1. Additional upgrade room to room with pool access but many insects in the room especially from bathroom water drainage (I called receptionist and asked housekeping for clean up the insects in the midnight, the housekeeping staff said it comes from garden but I saw insects comes out from water drainage in the bathroom)

2. No available for international channel TV (local TV only available)

3. Breakfast has no flavour at all and charge additional bfast for kids 5 years old

4. The ala carte breakfast food not same as the menu (i order The Encore same likes Egg Benedicts but there is no Guacamole (written in the menu with guacamole), I asked to the restaurant staff but he said "maybe its sold out" without apologize and cross check to the kitchen, even not available for salt pepper in the restaurant

5. In the evening, we smell "rat carcasses" in the restaurant when we passed it

6. Affordable price when booking but actually, there is a lot of additional charge with Unsatisfaction

Cukup kecewa dengan Encore karena setiap tahun fasilitas serta pelayanannya selalu oke. Tak dapat dimungkiri di masa pandemi ini, semua hotel melakukan pengurangan tenaga kerja, dll. Namun, kecewa dengan Encore karena di masa pandemi ini “terlalu banyak pengurangan” yang dilakukan sehingga menurunkan kualitas hotel. Untuk segi fasilitas, wine bar tidak terawat, playground menjadi kotor, lobby belakang (kursi dan meja) kotor, untuk kolam renang oke bersih dan luas, kamar juga masih oke kebersihannya. Akan tetapi, di kamar fasilitas juga berkurang. Tidak diberikan shampoo, conditioner, sandal (by request). Untuk menu breakfast tidak selengkap dulu (pengurangan cukup banyak). Overall still oke, tetapi lebih baik jika pengurangan yang dilakukan tidak terlalu banyak dan diusahakan tetap menjaga fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada di hotel sehingga tidak menurunkan kualitas hotel ini. Kamar luas, view kolam. Sayang pas pandemi begini lift hanya dibuka 1 saja jd muter2 jauh tiap mo ke kamar. Kebersihan kurang pas check in banyak semut hiii

Fasilitas hotel lengkap namun makanannya tidak sesuai selera saya, krn bukan cita rasa masakan nusantara. Pelayanan di front office lambat.

Stayed from 25th 2018 to 31st.very nice hotel nice big clean family rooms facing the good size pool.food very good staff very courtes and always smiling and ready to help you in many ways. Access to the beach is a little distance off other than that I would highly recommend ramada encore.

Very lively and happening ambience.best part is the grand pool with bar and restaurant on side.staff is very courteous and helpful (always smiling). The most amazing part is that the chef can make lot of vegetarian options according to choice and it tastes very good.overall it was the best experience staying there.
