Lokasi terbaik, di sunset road. Hotel bernuansa mewah, kamarnya rapi, kasurnyapun sangat nyaman

Kurangnya orang untuk menyebrangkan mobil, pada saat keluar hotel, apakahh security di gaji untuk tidur di post?

Rooms are quite good for a family (2 little kids and parents), but the linen is disheartening.theres some stains 7/10

Breakfast is average 7/10

Service is great for hospitality, except the receptionist had to behave with a customer

Udah 3 kali nginep di sini, dan yg ke 2 n 3 kebetulan malam tahun baru, dan selalu dapet kamar waupun blom booking, good luck

Very unpleasant, the service is really bad and doesn't reflect a star hotel. I stayed 28 c/o 29 I had left my shorts which I had hung on the bathroom door, when I was in the
car I just remembered and immediately called the hotel to say that I had left my shorts in room 7109 I told the FO to save them first, later if I had time I would I took a hotel. The next day I called and asked to check first at lost n found and until now there was no answer, then I called again and asked. It was said that there were no items or anything left in the room. Obviously I hung up my trousers in the bathroom when I checked out and forgot to take them. I think please check who HK checked the room on the 29th, it's not honest, the staff seemed to be the ones who checked my room.

Who is HK's manager? Please check with his subordinates

They put us on room with broken ac, after 1hr waiting for service they move us to other room with no good ac only better

There's nice view on the rooftop at the hotel. You can see view of sunset at the rooftop and with rooftop pool that very cool and cozy

This place is nowhere near where you want to stay. The staff were extremely welcoming but the hotel was below average. Bathroom was dirty and had a weird smell. The buffet breakfast was horrible- not targeted for westerners at all. Left after 2 nights and lost money but was fed up.

Beautiful hotel with nice staff and clean rooms. They have 3 pools, 2 pools at the rooftoo, including the kids pool and the first floor pool is so natural and relaxing. Room and bed is big, bathroom is quite complete. Suite room is like an apartment with kitchen, living room, bathroom, 1 big bedroom and 1 small (single bed) bedroom. Location is great, it's on the main road and surrounded by restaurant.

Puas bgt stay dsini sayangnya cuma 1 malam, tau gitu gausah pindah hotel lagi huhu karna udah terlanjur booking di traveloka cb bbrp hotel, tp ini recommend bgt sih! Soalnya harga terjangkau n kamar bagus, dpt free upgrade room juga senang sekalii! Love it kalau ke bali mungkin akan ksini lagi

Arrived at the hotel at night, ive booked the standard room. When i went to the room, the smell wasnt good, smoking smell, it was a connecting room (they didnt tell me, would be nicer if they let me know first) and the phone wasnt working, i need to go up and down to tell the issues. I was so upset at that time. To be fair, the guy told me theres a room for twin bed, but i booked a king bed and I wanted to get the king bed. I asked for the manager on duty. And they upgraded to a junior suite.

When i got to the new room, i said “oh its better” and he said “oh ya coz its a junior suite” i was like oh its not about the bigger room, it was abt the smell, and the phone wasnt working. Isnt a phone a basic thing in a hotel?

Im not going to come back to this hotel again.

Wadau pedesnya muantep tapi ayamnya empuk dan lembut pokoknya uenak banget, rugi kalo ngga nyobain ke kampung pedas

What I like about this hotel is the location. It surrounded by great restaurants and Bali's most famous souvenir store "Krishna". You can just walk from the hotel if you wish to go to those places.

Ramada Bali yang terletak di jalan Sunset Road cukup terlihat dari jalan utama. Fasade Hotel nya menarik dan akses masuk langsung menuju lobi hotel atau resepsionis. Untuk lobinya terbilang luas lengkap dengan concierge. Fasilitas Kamar nya lengkap tempat tidur yang nyaman, tv, lemari pakaian, kulkas, wifi dan brankas serta perlengkapan lain nya. Untuk kamar mandi nya dengan shower serta lengkap juga peralatan mandinya. Nyaman sekali berada disini. Terdapat spa dan kolam renang di rooftop serta resto.
Untuk parkirnya luas bus bisa memasuki area halaman parkir hotel.

Love the staff, love the service, all staff are together doing warm service to visitors.
The food was wonderful btw

AC didn't cool, it was basically just a fan. ACs are super noisy. Lots of ants in and around the bed (there's literally a trail across the headboard). One of the ceiling lamps was almost falling off. Only stayed one night and will definitely never stay again.

Saya pernah sekali kesini. Lokasinya strategis, bangunannya modern. Kolam renang dibawah juga bagus. Kamarnya juga nyaman, dan semua tampak bersih. Security, view diluar, overall recomended bangat kalau mau kunjungan ke Bali. Dekat juga ke tempat yg lain, seperti Bank, Pusat Oleh-oleh, Gereja, MiniMart, Restoran, dan berada di jalan Sunset Road yg cukup luas jalanny.

Service is really slow once you call there's no one pick up your call if they do they'll take alot of time to give response regarding any services

Karena kadang banyak tamu group. Perlu waktu utk check in dan check out. Kebersihan dan kenyamanan hotel, OK.
