Radisson Blu Bali Uluwatu

It has been a real luxury to stay in this hotel, it is beautiful, the rooms are very large and the customer service is spectacular.

The restaurants are somewhat expensive compared to the area perhaps.

100% recommended.

They do not want to help deliver even medicine to the room.
Room full of mosquitos.
Avoid staying on the first floor. People passing around on your back terrace, no privacy.

I have stayed at the Radisson Blu in other parts of the world, however this place outweighs them all.
Everything about this place is just perfect.
The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and great pillows.
The pool is tranquil with many options of sun loungers and day beds.
The spa offers many fabulous treatments and I highly recommend the Balinese full body massage.
The food is incredible. The breakfast was delicious with so many options and the pool food (and cocktails) bought to your sun lounger was heaven.
Location exceptional, so very quiet yet close to the wonderful Uluwatu shops and beaches. We utilised the free shuttle to the beach along with professional taxi services from the front desk.
The ultimate was the service though, every single Radisson staff member was friendly, helpful and radiating happiness with beautiful smiles and sincerity.
This place is just perfection and my 5 nights was just not long enough… so I will be back

The location is a bit weird, but it's really good. The room condition, service, music, and swimming pool are all good. But for a hotel of this price, it's natural for it to be evil, right? Haha, anyway, it’s nice here ^^ There are more Westerners than Asians.
I finished it on a better note thanks to one of the Inception managers here named budi. Not only this person, but everyone who works here is very charming and kind, and I am grateful. I will come back next time.

Really great hotel, absolutely world class. The rooms or the atmosphere alone are breathtaking. A must if you are in Bali. The only disadvantage is that the hotel is unfortunately a bit remote and there is no beach.

The room condition is excellent and the swimming pool is also excellent.

I really enjoyed staying there.
The room is very spacious and the bathroom has a bathtub.
On the balcony, you will see the beach and planes about to land in the distance.
My advice, beware for the monkeys.

Stay began with a few hiccups but Raj and Budi went the extra mile to turn that experience around. Only wished we had more time to enjoy the grounds and facilities.

My daughter and I had a wonderful, relaxing time here! The breakfast is incredible, so much choice and great quality. We dined at Filini, which was great quality Italian. We walked down to impossible beach (staff told us about the corner gate), which was lovely, lots of backpackers and v chill. Rooms were v comfy, clean and well serviced with fresh water daily. The staff are attentive and discreet, so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay!

Absolutely enjoyed and adored my time staying here. I was here with my mom for mother’s say and its safe to say I have become her favorite daughter over my choice of staying here. The space is beautiful, quiet, serene, and cozy. Food is fine but the drinks were amazing. Gym is impeccable and although I didn’t get to experience the spa, I did received a free 5 mins massage which was awesome. Beach is 5 mins walk away and very convenient. The staffs are all amazing, helpful and friendly.

The pool and the lounges surroundings, however, are my favorite spot in the entire resort. I love it here and would recommend staying here to my favorite people!

Friendly staff BUT:

- At our checkin they had only 3 nights in their system instead of 4…
- As a couple we only received one room key (card) and had to ask for a second one
- Incredibly long waiting time for a drink and even more for food
- 2/3 of the choices on the drinks-menu were not avaiable
- The dishes on the tables at the restaurant are still laying there even if the guests leaved over an our ago

The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfy. On the softer side but I slept amazingly well. The gym is nice and the architecture superb. The staff is very friendly and eager to help.

Technically this is a 5-star hotel but in reality it feels more like 3 stars.

The bath tub had a bit of soap scum and could’ve been cleaner. The pool looked very dirty. After enquiring at reception I found out it’s because of the recent rainfall. I stayed during the wet season so there was rain every day here. I can appreciate the difficulty in keeping a crystal clear pool during the rainy season but I also would expect a 5-star resort to be on top of this, especially when other hotel chains around the island still manage to keep pool water clean and blue. Seeing the green and cloudy pool water was disappointing as that was the main reason why we chose to stay here.

The breakfast buffet was hit and miss. Some meals tasted great while others to be abandoned immediately because they tasted unsafe to eat even. When ordering drinks, it could take a long time for them to arrive even though we were the only people at the time.

At times the hotel looked eerily abandoned with the few staff that were here.

We were provided with towels in our room but had to share one face towel and there was only one bath robe on offer.

We were given a big bottle of water for the bathroom but no extra bottles of water for drinking.

I empathise with the financial struggle of the accomodation industry during this time, but when I stay at a 5-star resort, then I expect a 5-star experience and this wasn’t it.

Good stay. Great service. Modern bali style. New property. Clean and beautiful. Only breakfast could be a bit better. Probably because it's still doesn't hit enough capacity. Will revisit for a chance to upgrade the rating.

Spacious and lovely place. Super huge and nice pool. Perfect for staycation. They take health protocol seriously in the covid time.

Congratulations for reopening the resort after 9 months fighting Covid19 pandemic.

We stayed for 4D3N here and I very like the rooms despite of the price was keep changing from time to time and we had to paid 2x the original price (was 3,5 mill for 3 nights to 6,5 mill).

The management did a right move to upgrade our room after the internet connection trouble. The staff are friendly and helpful. They seemed happy to work again after a while.

The food quality can be better, as well as the WiFi connection needs to be stronger.

They need more drivers especially during high season. This hotel shouldn't let the guest walk far to the center of Uluwatu after paying twice their price due to lack of shuttle or driver. Don't good bye your guest this way again as you did to us

I enjoyed my stay here.a very serene, calming atmosphere.if you really looking to run away from the city hustle and bustle, I can really recommend this place. Staff was great, very helpful, very friendly, they always smile and ready to help.
Room was spacious and have a great ambience. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was also good, but due to pandemic you have to request for the amenities like dental kit.
Location is very near to famous Padang2 beach. But radisson also has a back door with an interesting walk down the cliff to a pristine Bingin beach with a lot less people although Bingin beach is a bit rocky compared to Padang2.
Breakfast was great, not super lot of options, but it cover the basics. And it is tasty for sure.
Pool was big, i enjoyed spending the time around the pool, ordered the sorbet and fresh juice, it was good and refreshing. Gym was rather small but convenient enough. There's also spa at the hotel that i didnt try. Also a boutique to shop.:)
Overall it was a great stay and will definetely stay again when in uluwatu.

Had a quiet pleasant stay here other than the service is a bit slow. I nees to move room as the next door neighbor (their long term guest) was on the phone call and super noisy. Other than that I have a good time.

Where should i start! First: it's the most clean hotel i have ever stayed. The stuff is very very polite. The pool, massage and the food worth every penny. I'm gonna leave some pic down to see for yoursefl!

This would have been 5 stars would it not have been for the pop music they play in every corner of the hotel.every restaurant & all times of day.could be better. Other than that, great
