We have been coming to Pyramids of Chi for many yrs, the energy here is just beautiful, it so tranquil, from the moment you enter the building you feel relaxed and calm. Often we would come for a sound healing, then just sit for hrs soaking up the soothing vibe's of the place. The cafe is exceptional, thank you Darma & Team (highly recommend the Full Moon Curry). For me I think of The pyramids of Chi as " The Soul of Ubud " Peter & Lynn (owners) You guys are just incredible, what a gift you have provided to all that visit THANK YOU for creating such a sacred place, where magick truly happens! We did the ancient sound healing, which was a really amazing auditory experience and very relaxing (I may have slipped into sleep a few times). Lots of varied instruments and melodies, with impressive depth and decibels to the gongs. The pyramid tent itself was cosy and the experience of lying down with the mask on was oh-so-comfy.
There's certainly a lot of woo that goes along with this stuff, but if, like me, that's not your thing then I still feel it's worth it for the experience (or an expensive nap).
Afterwards, we went to the nearby The Botanist cafe for lunch (instead of the cafe in the pyramids), which was delicious, if a little pricier than other places in and around Ubud.

Sound healing facilitated by Kevin was not engaging or interesting. Perhaps facilitating 3-4 sessions consecutively is too much, as the energy felt low. I found the session boring and would not come back. 20$ per person is too much for this place

Hmmmmm…. I felt everything is so fakey. I’m Asian, and this is not real meditation at all.and too pricy.

It was my second visit to the Pyramids Of Chi.
1st one was 4 years ago with my mother for the Sound Healing session.
As soon as we walked in we were lost in a tranquility of oasis.
The day was very busy with lots of people looking for a magic. We were met with a tasty cold drink which was very nice touch on a hot day after a long journey in the car.
The session was absolutely amazing even for my mother who was sceptical.
Afterwards we had tasty organic food. It was mouthwatering.
The highlight was for my mother to receive a very warm hug from Peter. She almost cried as it made her feel very special.
My 2nd visit was yesterday with the group of women for the sound healing session with wonderful Mira. What a talent Mira beholds! Most certainly the gift from the Gods. The sounds of instruments went trough every cell of my body. Her voice was so soothing and comforting I truly went beyond my body for the first time. The tent felt airy and light despite the fact it was filled with people. The beds, the soft blankets and a lovely present of eye mask of lava sand for everyone was received with gratitude.
I am eternally greatfull for the owners of this magical place and for Mira, helping me to expand my mind further beyond.
The veil definitely lifted for me. I am on the right path.

I was suggested this place by my tour guide- Sintya.
Yes, there are "western" people here- you see their photos on the website and in ads for the ceremonies.
If you want to find a ceremony by Indonesian people, this is not it.
This is it if you go in with an open mind about your experiences. I am a professional tarot reader of 25 years and reiki master of 4. I thought this place was a wonderful experience.
But, if you attend saying this will be life changing" you're sorting yourself up for failure.
Go in with an open mind and you will have a great time, as you are the only one who can control your experience.
It was very enjoyable and the staff waited for me to start as I was 15 min late.

I love this place so much! What a gem in Ubud. It's definitely a busy spot so I recommend booking whatever sessions you're looking at ahead of time. I've done ancient sound healing, light sound vibration, cacao ceremony, akashic sound journey, and soon the blue lotus ceremony. Every experience has been different and magical. I always go in with no expectations and I have a fabulous time. The Cafe is also amazing! Can't get enough of pyramids of chi! Today the owner went around chatting with everyone which I found super refreshing. I got to listen to him tell his story and it's pretty amazing. Magical place for healing and good vibes. Highly recommended!

1 ticket to the light and sound session 67 usd: deep vibrations permeate the whole body, different colored lights flash on the shape. It didn't do anything for me, I thought I should sleep better, but it had no effect on my sleep. A waste of money, the price is the same as for 10 massages, they are much better.

I was here for the cacao ceremony with Luciana - it was such a deeply touching experience. It really helped me to letting go. I'm thankful for Luciana and her team for holding the space.

I did the vibrational sound therapy session and it was sensational. So relaxing and meditative, a very unique sensory experience. The restaurant on-site is amazing in its own right. Such a curated selection of high quality, healthy, interesting vegan food using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients, and incredibly tasty. I came back just to eat there again. The price is a bit high but it’s very worth it for the quality of the food you’re receiving.

I took my wife here for her birthday and we tried the Beyond Sound Light Vibration. I personally had a mixed feeling about this place but mostly positive. I’ll highlight the negatives first and then the positives.

The common area was nice and spacious. But it’s was very commercialized and doesn’t feel humble and authentic. I also got this vibe of pretentiousness from the people there. Maybe some people are too woke and needs to take a nap (my personal opinion).

Now let’s get to the positive. The free shuttle from Ubud palace was a great deal. The driver was nice and friendly. Our facilitator, Jordan (I think that was his name), did really well providing the space and experience. The light can be a bit intense at times but I managed to get past that and left my body for half the session. It was something different, but not an overly profound experience. Lastly, the welcome drink was amazing. I could drink that everyday.

Overall, it’s a nice experience. We might go back and try a different healing service.

Was at sound healing yesterday at 2 o'clock. It was the MOST HORRIBLE 1.5 hours of my life

- a very long preparatory part, where they talk about what we will get
- already during this someone fell asleep and snored
- but the worst thing was when meditation began, and no one woke up the people who fell asleep and snored. NOBODY
- due to other people's snoring, it was impossible to concentrate and get what was said at the beginning. Although I tried to relax and waited for the snoring people to wake up (but this did not happen)
- it was very stuffy

All this combined left only irritation and a terrible mood for the whole day.

I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK FOR SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE

There is something about this place/space which doesn’t work for me, I’m aware this is my own personal perspective and thought sharing may help others decide if it’s what they are looking for.

As a practitioner myself I place importance on offering a safe space for people to experience activities, such as sound healing, in a way that feels supportive and safe. The environment in which certain activities are experienced is incredibly important. The reception area at Pyramids of chi feels sterile and transactional. It lacks warmth and a feeling of safety for me.

I was given a lanyard on arrival and asked to wait for my teacher to find me when the class began. We sat in the reception area for what I guess was the opening of the session. It lacked connection done in this way. We then entered the space and the session just began. The session ended in a similar fashion - it just ends. There is no space provided to settle in and adjust to the space and no space provided to support people afterwards.

The teacher/practitioner was great, I think just working within parameters given to them.

For me this place isn’t a connected spiritual experience, it’s more of a commercial entity which lacks authenticity.

Second time visiting from Australia & was not disappointed. Such powerful energy in the ancient sound healing. My whole body was shaking & huge releases of emotion & energy. Thanks Peter for also sharing your "woo woo" story of how the pyramids were birthed. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali. Michelle Anne x

LOVE this place! Had 2 sessions, one sound healing and the other light& sound healing. Great experience. Food is fab, best carrot cake I've ever had. Cool vibe and nice grounds.

Powerful. Two things:
Food: the portions here energize me more than the food anywhere elsewhere on the island. One small appetizer and I feel like — *zing* — charged!
Sound healing: I attended the ancient sound healing and the other one with the water beds and lights, and during both I deeply meditated and was visited by my spiritual guides and received very important information for my journey.
To be fair, I always have showed up to pyramids in a state of gratitude, and it serves me well in this way.
