Breakfast for a 1 star hotel. Rooms had bad smell of cleaning product. I have a allergic reaction all over my skin because of the sheets and it is itchy and red. We did not take a shower in the bath tub. The towels are dirty. The cups in the room are dirty. The utensils were dirty and the floor. The breakfast area the cups were dirty and the utensils. The coffee and tea tasted very bad that they served. They don’t care about hospitality they only care about money. I truly recommend you do not stay here unless you’re severely on a budget. The towels and sheets were dirty that is why I have a rash spread all over my neck and face. I found a used q tip in the sheets that was not mine. Please do not stay here!

Stayed here for around 10 days during my time in Bali. Hotel was very pretty from the outside, the pool could do with more loungers. Rooms could be better: some issues with air conditioning working, doors being awkward to lock, the shower had no shower curtain meaning the water went everywhere and there was no soap to wash your hands.

Breakfast was fine but fruit would always have flies all over it and ants would get in syrup for the pancakes.

The staff however were very friendly and ready to help whenever, and the location was good. There is a launderette right across the road and is walking distance to monkey forest and lots of restaurants

The staffs are amazing, friendly and responsive. Special shoutout to Herry for making my Bali trip the best one that I ever had!

Thank you Putri Ayu Cottages for taking such good care of me my and my friend Kimmie. We loved our cute room and daily attention to keeping it neat. I really appreciate all the smiles and help with our luggage.

I'd give 0 stars if i could. The house is falling apart, the rooms smell like there is mold everywhere, bathroom is disgustingly dirty and the breakfast is horrible. The staff is nice and thats the only positive thing i can say about this hotel. On Airbnb it was described as a "deluxe room" which is unacceptable.

Very nice hotel! The room is really cosy and very comfortable. The AC cools the room in less than 2 min, king bed size, balcony’s view over nice plants. Friendly staff that clean the room and make your bed everyday. Bottles of water are provided for free and the breakfast buffet is so yummy. I enjoyed my stay so very much and recommend anyone to go as it’s so close to Ubud and the monkey forrest

Tempat bersih, kolam renang bersih dan besar, sangat nyaman, parkir luas, akses kemana mana gampang, fasilitas mantap, ac, tv, kulkas, bathtub, keren

Good location. Bed wasn't so great ok if you like wood. Rooms need refurbishing. It was ok but wouldnt go back

Sebenernya worth it lah untuk harga under 500k menginap disini dengan fasilitas tv, ac, bath up, air panas. Cuma kebersihannya yg kurang, kmr mandi awal masuk agak berbau. Di wc duduk, sprei, bath up ada bekas noda. Handuknya yg diberikan juga sobek.

Lovely place and staff. Kamarnya gede bgt ada bath upnya. Bersih. Kolam renang jg bersih. Mba2 nya ramah2 bgt

Currently looking for new accommodation, place is a kip and they have one member of staff on, at 6pm on a Saturday.

Asked for two singles in my room and received a double bed. Not only that but there wasn't any towels in the room and didn't receive the wifi password for 2 days.

Pelayanan baik, kamar luas.tapi Kalau hujan jangan lupa matikan lampu kamar. Karena selaron bisa masuk kamar untuk mencari cahaya.

Rooms are pretty bad and not very clean. Found hair and spots, both in sink and tub. Told reception and cleaner went there but didn’t clean since it looked the same. Served cold coffee during breakfast. I can’t recommend this hotel except if you can’t find anything cheaper. Does not feel like a three star hotel.

Günstige Zimmer in Ubud. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein MASSIVES Schimmelproblem. Im Obergeschoss gehen WLAN und Klimaanlagen wegen Stromproblemen immer wieder an und aus.
Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich! Ließen uns drei Zimmer anschauen und ein Wechsel wäre möglich gewesen. Oben beschriebene Probleme haben zu Stornierung unserer Seits geführt. Hier keine Probleme, vollen Betrag zurückbekommen. Sehr zuvorkommend! Leider Zimmer in desolatem Zustand.

Jujur disini tempatnya nyaman dan tidak berisik. Cocok untuk yang ingin beristirahat dan menikmati liburan. Tapi staff house keeping nya kurang profesional. Saya akan check out dan masih bersiap2 di kamar mandi, eh mereka ketok 2x pintu kamar saya lalu membuka pintu kamar saya pakai kunci yg mereka bawa tanpa persetujuan saya sebagai tamu hotel. Kan etikanya tidak ada sama sekali. Seperti mereka tidak ada briefing dengan staff di receptionist kalau kamar mana saja yg akan check out atau yg masih stay.

Untuk saya pribadi, sangat nyaman tinggal disini.walaupun banyak yg menuliskan kebersihan yang minim. Untuk di kamar yg saya tempati tdk bermasalah sih. Hanya saja perawatan pada kamar mandi, bathtub yg tdk ada penyumbat dan ada bagian langit2nya yg menghitam seperti jamur tp krn kamar mandi besar jd tdk telalu bermasalah. Saya mengambil kamar persis di depan kolam renang. Untuk breakfast sangat minim variannya dan porsinya juga kecil.
Lokasi hotel memang jauh dari jalan raya sehingga sangat sulit jk tdk memiliki kendaraan.

Yes general maintenance is a issue. But for the price, I don't think you could beat the location and facilities here. I loved my stay here.

Awalnya deg2an karena dari ujung jalan besar kok gak ktemu2 hotelnya. Tapi pas udah sampe dan liat ke dalam.wow! Keren bgt utk harga yg cuma segitu.dari hotel banyak tempat makan ke arah jalan utama ubud.
