Puri Santrian

I was treated just as a customer, not as a guest. Very formal, unfriendly security check. Rooms not very nice.

Great facility right on the beach. Nicely laid out and the breakfast was also great. One star deducted for the room because it smelled a bit and we listened to every word from the neighbor. However, the 5 stars in service became noticeable again, as a good solution was quickly found.
There are nice shops and all kinds of restaurants in front of the hotel.

A super nice hotel, and the people there are so friendly and helpful, the food was perfect
So we had a great holiday there
We will definitely come back there again

The hotel is beautifully located, the service is very nice. If I were to compare other hotels, I might nitpick about the details.
There are drinks in the fridge, but no glasses. The rooms are not cleaned very thoroughly (when I left a cup of tea, it was left like that. And many other things. There's a lot to write. When you come in after a whole day of absence, you have the impression that no one has cleaned the room (except the bed).

A beautiful and serene hotel that I warmly recommend for couples. The garden has been well cared for and the food is excellent, not to mention the staff who are super friendly.

Stayed for 5 days for office event. An ethnic and beautiful hotel, comfortable and quite with a beautiful view.

Tiap kamarnya ada serambi.
Restaurannya langsung brhadapan dg bibir pantai.
Makanannya enak.
Hanya saja toiletnya tanpa penyemprot utk membersihkan jd cuma ada tisue

Hotelnya eksotik, ada private beach, kolam renang 3 buah. Sarapannya sedikit dan setiap hari menyediakan olahan daging babi.

Been coming to Bali for over 18yrs, 2-3 times per year so I know what to expect, first time I've stayed in Puri Santrian, found the staff and service terrible in beach restaurant, food fine though not worth the wait

4 stars hotel but 5 stars facilities, on the beach, massage, special price for sea walker if you stay here.

Great place to relax. Phenomenal spa and the staff are very nice and helpful. Restaurants a huge plus as well. Definitely will stay here again.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolle Poolanlage und gutes Restaurant. Am Strand herrscht oft Ebbe. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum und kann hier durch kleine Shops und gute Restaurants spazieren. Die Zimmer sind außreichend groß und gemütlich. Gelegentlich bekommt man von Eichhörnchen Besuch.

Never stay in this hotel but came here several time for the food, not only yummy but because the restaurant located in front of the beach

Wunderschönes Hotel, superfreundliches Personal und absolut empfehlenswert. Haben hier 2Wochen verbracht (Flitterwochen) und kommen aufjedenfall wieder!

Außenanlage sehr schön, Personal sehr freundlich und nett, nur die Standart Zimmer sehr schmuddelig und abgewohnt, darum nur zwei Sterne
Im Meer zu Baden, nicht zu empfehlen.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here in the club rooms. I could not have asked for more. They made us feel so welcome. The food was amazing, pools and location perfect. They keep the place so clean and always do what they can to help. They went out of their way to organise outside of hotel trips and spa treatments and always smiled when we walked past.

We will be back and will always recommend it as a place to stay.

A very welcoming place, by the sea.very clean, and wonderful staff.our stay hear has been perfect, set amongst beautiful native trees and flowers, with winding footpaths.

The Service is Nice and all the staff it’s really helpful & warm, but i really disappointed about the security staf. Cause he don’t have attitude to tell about something urgent or important sooo.i hope the management can manage the security attitude to more humble and warm with the coustumer. Thank you!
