Puri Hasu Bali

I was scared from the previous reviews, but the place is really good. Huge rooms, very clean, there's a common kitchen which is pretty useful, well maintained.
Recommended if you want to spend last days of your trip relaxing

Horrible place. Very dirty and old room with awful sewage smell that hotel tries to hide with different air freshener which makes it more unbearable. Whole place should have been renovated years ago, but nobody cares. Definitely the place doesn’t cost it’s money, there are lot of nice guesthouses more nicer and cheaper

Never stay at this place! Rooms are very old and dirty, there's a terrible smell of sewage in every room! When I told that I have terrible headaches from this smell andI just want to make a refund and move to another place, they told me no, no any money would be back. Attitude of staff is terrible, they were just laughing and said that it was our problem.

Never stop at this place! The rooms are very old and shabby, the smell of sewage is so bad that it brings tears to your eyes (in all rooms). The smell gave me terrible headaches, and when I said I wanted to move to another place and get my money back, they refused. The doors are all crooked, they close with difficulty, and then there are gaps. It's time to make repairs here, it's impossible to live. The attitude of the staff is disgusting, they just laughed at what we told them and claimed that no one would return our money. We can even call the police.

Very old and non maintained place. There are cockroaches in the room, mold everywhere and sewage smell. Shower hose is so short that you have to squat down to take a shower. If you want to enjoy your holiday, just avoid this place.

Little oasis with good price value. Deluxe rooms in the garden right next to lovely little pool.

The room was clean but the bathroom did not smell very good which is a little bit of an issue for the price of the room. The staff was nice and breakfast was pretty good. It is quite far from evrything so you need a scooter which cost 75k which quite expensive as well. I would recommend the hotel if u have a nice price otherwise you can find something closer to main stores or the beach for a price including the price of the scooter

This is an exceptional 'hotel'. Very tranquil setting with fairly good food. Excellent service! Delicious coffee! GREAT environment. Make sure to hire a scooter though and expect to travel quite a bit to find restaurants or beaches. It is a great getaway! LOVELY people (staff) and very clean rooms. Fabulous pool and garden. Will definitely return!
