Puri Dajuma, Beach Eco-Resort Spa, West Bali

Everything is amazing. I almost don't want to write this review, as it feels like a hidden gem. The staff are exceptional, the place is stunning, food is amazing. It is all perfect. I was nervous about travelling with my toddler, but this place was a paradise for her. The gardens are immaculate and I love that they are sustainability focussed. If you are looking for somewhere to go to deeply relax, be in beautiful nature and amongst the friendliest staff, this is it.
Very very small things: - It would have been nice to have more clarity about where to recycle glass / plastic, as an eco resort - There's not a huge amount around in the area in terms of restaurants, but we knew this beforehand and, honestly, you won't want to leave anyway

A beautiful place with a gentle and peaceful vibe. Plastic-free resort with a focus on local community employment. Good rooms, decent food (a bit too western friendly perhaps), great staff.

During our tour, we stayed two nights. We were more than fascinated by the view of the complex and the meandering pool with a panoramic view of the sea. And when we entered our room.it was stunning. VILLA shanti Room C. Pretty quiet at the back. And especially the open-air bathroom left me completely speechless.
You felt like you were in paradise.
Also the service. So friendly and accommodating. The trip to a rice farmer, which we took with an employee of the hotel (her name is SuLis), was really amazing! So authentic and away from any mass tourism.simply fantastic
The food is also very tasty.

I would book my holiday there again at any time and recommend it to others.

You have to do one thing here, and one thing only.
After a good breakfast, go to the end of the 60-meter pool, go to the sea view chill spot - choose the pavilion with the roof - take the black phone, order a cappuccino and read books all day as if you were a famous writer.

We were lucky enough to sleep two nights in this beautiful hotel during our tour of Bali. We really enjoyed the stay.
We received a room upgrade to a pool villa and felt very comfortable there. The outdoor bath was a nice experience.
The pool is well maintained and you have a wonderful view of the sea.
The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is also highly recommended in the evening. We liked it very much.

My wife and I stayed here for a week recently. Although it was the rainy season we had beautiful sunshine every day and the sunsets were perfect!
The staff were all so friendly and eager to help and the food was 10/10! They had extensive vegan options also.
There were many free activities as well as off-site excursions.
We could not recommend Puri Dajuma more highly!

The place is perfect. I stayed in a room with ocean view and with the infinity pool in front. The bathroom was stunning. The food is good and the service is very nice. Definitely recommend

Hotel yg sangat nyaman, pelayanan bagus, kolam berennang pemandangan view langsung ke laut.

Our go to place in Bali You can walk on the beach for hours, the grounds are beautiful and the villas wonderful- and you are far away from the tourists and tourist traps. Serenity.

We didn't stay at this resort so I can't comment on the accommodation itself (although it looked lovely) but I booked a massage and dinner for my girlfriend's birthday and we had the most amazing time. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the massage was wonderful and the dinner by the seaside was delicious! The whole place is really well maintained and the views of the ocean are gorgeous. We would absolutely come back here to stay next time. Suksma to all the staff for making the day so special.

A very pleasant resort. We stayed over New Years 2022 as a family and actually liked being a bit off the beaten track. The sea is tough to swim in but great for water sports. The pools are fun and the restaurant has decent food and the staff are friendly and attentive. We stayed in a sea view villa and for 2 people it’s spacious, for 4 people maybe a bit too small.

Great service. Staff is always ready to help. The luxury villas are excellent and the long pool was very cool! With its well maintained gardens it looks like a gorgeous private paradise.

When we were there is was very quiet and the general area isn't very touristy at all so it is a port of peace and calm except for the nice constant sound of waves crashing onto the beach. If you get a long massage this sound is wonderfully relaxing combined with soothing music and scents from incense.

The activities were also great. For us every trip was very good, however we do recommend that the hotel partners with another, properly licensed diving school. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks again to the whole team for going above and beyond our expectations.

Piece of paradise. We stayed there for two weeks and loved our visit. They have interesting cultural shows to make an experience out of. The rooms were clean comfortable and inviting. The bathroom was indoor/outdoor and just wonderful. The staff were all super friendly and always trying hard. The beaches were really nice with lovely rockpools to explore in the low tide. I would definitely go there again. The pools are both really nice and lovely to chill out at.

Ich will mich kurz fassen, wenn ich mal sterbe und hoffentlich ins Paradies komme, dann sollte es wie das Puri Dajuma sein. Das Personal ist sehr respektvoll und hilfsbereit, die Integration von Pflanzen in die Architektur des Hotels, die Speisen, die Sportmöglichkeiten (die längste Welle von Medewi) uvm. Für meine Frau und mich ein unglaublich erholsamer und unvergesslicher Urlaub.

The resort is just stuning. It has amazing views of the ozean from everywhere. The site and the garden is just beautiful and large. You always feel, as if you are alone in the resort, which is great.
We god an upgrade for a villa with a nice open bathroom in front of the large pool. It was 60m wide and really nice for a swim.
The resort is in front of a nice big beach, which is really nice for running, as well as surfing. It has a good surfing spot just in front of the hotel, which works with a bigger swell for intermediates and with a lower swell its a nice beginner spot.
The food in the resort was delicious. The breakfast was sometimes served as a buffet and sometimes it was a la carte. They had for example a very good omlette with tomato, cheese etc. And you can always order as much as you like which was great, because in other accomodations we sometimes stayed hungry. The menu for lunch and dinner was large, so it is no problem to eat their every day, especially beacuse the food is so good. We have been in the resort for 5 days and could not eat all we wanted.
They also have a really nice spa with a well trained and professional team. We had a very good massage their.
The staff was super frendly and eger to fullfill every wish before you even now you have it. Especially Astari was really nice and professionell.
