7The hotel is old, there are some buckets of rags, trash cans, empty bottles, the pool is small, one old sun lounger, the internet is very weak (I don’t recommend it to anyone, why such a rating is not clear
Located close to shops, restaurants, BMC money changer and Legian food court. Access in and out is easy. Agus and Agung are the most hospitable people you could meet. Lovely peaceful garden type setting. Home away from home.
Very peaceful area, big room, nice service.
I stayed in hotel at mainroad in Kuta and it is very noisy so i change to stay here.
Small guesthouse with 8 rooms. Quiet, clean, very well located for access to many shops and restaurants (tourist or local). Very clean and spacious rooms. Hot water. Small pleasant swimming pool. Very kind, helpful and responsive owners. A very good address!
A very small very local villa with a nice pool. Some nice people were having a long stay upstairs. Clean and safe place, it is run by a Balinese husband and wife that live there, they do the cleaning and take care or everything. The wife would bring me local treats from the market sometimes after I asked about local foods. Anything you need you just need to ask.
They are still renovating the place while I was there. You should know that this is not a hotel so don’t expect hotel quality but at the same time you are paying a fraction of an amount, are in a much nicer location, and are supporting the real local people.
This place is also situated in a great central location outside of the crazy hyper-capitalist parts of Legian. Those parts are still a few minutes walk down the road if you want them, but outside the place there is some peace, no one was hassling me for anything. Try Warung Pan Dira for food on the road, and Wargola for a very local nasi rice triangle thing or kelapa muda “young coconut”.

Rooms are basic but clean and in good condition. Aircon and wifi are working well.

Lovely place to stay in Kuta. The owners are very helpful and welcoming and can help you with anything. The rooms are quite big and come with a balcony or terrace. We even got new towels and the bed was made every day. Walking distance to everything you need. Can highly recommend️
