Fasilitas nya juga ok: air panas, kulkas, tv (butuh extended kabel), dispenser +galon aqua, gelas, sendok set, mangkok juga ada
Pool juga bersih jadi bisa berenang sama anak2
Pelayanannya luar biasa ramah dan membantu
Kalau ke kuta pasti akan menginap ke sini lagi

They steal your money, they don’t give you a room you paid for

Location booking is totally wrong, the service is automatic and never answer what we asked, we paid in advance for the accommodation on booking, and did not give us enough information, we were the location marked by booking the accommodation at 7: 30 pm and we spent more than 50 minutes looking for the hotel, and they sent a message at the last minute saying that we had canceled the reservation, we were at a very large loss and without accommodation at night.very careful when booking with this hotel by booking.
Still waiting for a response from the accommodation for a solution!

I booked a hotel a month before my trip to Bali. I paid for the reservation, and a week before arrival I received a letter with a refusal to check in.

Lokasinya sempit untuk satu mobil, sdh pesen kamar lewat agoda, dibatalin sepihak tanpa pemberitahuan, dan tidak bisa di refund karena kebijakan dari hotel tersebut sangat merugikan kami sebagai costumer, tidak dihubungin saat kamar yg sdh di booking penuh, tidak dilayani hanya memberitahu jika sdh dibatalkan sepikah setelah itu ditinggalkan tanpa di kasi solusi. Endingnya tidak baik dengan pengalaman di hotel ini, dan pelayanannya tidak baik

We reserved by booking 2 weeks before. The payment was processed. We arrived at the place with my friends and the guy at the reception told us that they had been overbooked by another platform. That I claim with Booking so that they refund my payment. I still have no solution but horrible moment to arrive in a new country with a tight itinerary and have it ruined like this. Without even sending a message.

Central located, this Homestay is cute enough if you spend most of the day out anyway. The staff is always helpful and it's the best money-service-offer here. The pool is clean and allows to swim. There's a little kitchen in the courtyard.
