4Made the process so easy for us! We got in a bad accident 2 days before we were suppose to leave, so we needed to extend our visa ASAP. They made it so easy for us, went in and put 200,000 rupiah down for a deposit. Then paid the rest once the process was done and they delivered the passports to us. Only had to go in once for photos & to get finger printed, they had us take a number but then immediately called us back and got to skip the waiting line. Would definitely recommend for extending your visa, saved us!
The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. I messaged them at 13: 00 on Friday, they picked up the passport at 16: 00. Arranged my visit on the Tuesday to the immigration office and delivered my passport to me in a different location (Ubud) on Wednesday. If I could give more stars I would as I mentioned that I needed to leave early to get a boat and they arrived at 08: 30 am to my hostel to ensure my day was disrupted and I could continue with my travels. Was a bit hesitant due to lack of reviews - after all you are handing over your passport. They were very responsive, fast, delivered and picked up passport and they are about a third the price of their competitors.
This place is perfect for extending your visa! Just contact them and they will pick up your passport at your hotel/appartement and bring it back to wherever you want. You only need to go to the immigration office once, which is far better than the usual 3 or 4 times, especially when travelling around like I do. The price was 800k (doing it yourself is 500k), which I thought was fair. Besides that the communication was perfect, Anna is super friendly!
