Working with Sergei was a great source of motivation and deep healing work. I would recommend the experience if you feel ready to take the big step. Environment and the Studio is excellent

The most challenging thing to me was to go there, then everything went smooth, slowly (as I'm total beginner in that kind of training and not too sporty person) and with a lot care from the master. Thank you Praviloword and Sergey for the unique and unforgettable experience!

Amazing experience.very different approach to training and felt amazing during and after. Both my wife and I did a session and loved it, we've both trained in a number of different ways from gym, to yoga and Pilates but this was something unlike anything done before and even as a novice felt the results right away - core workout, stretching of the body and release of tension. I went in with a sore lower back and it helped eliminate the pain after just one session. Sergei the trainer also really great and helps you get the most out of your session regardless of your level. Highly suggested and will be back myself.

It was my first experience with this method. It was interesting and unusual. It helps to stretch body really good. Beautiful location and nice and professional trainer.

This is absolutely some experience beyond my expectations.by seeing from social media they posted, it looks easy and seems everyone can do it, but frankly its NOT AT ALL.iam not sport person nor Yogis but this experience of practice it brought me into other dimension which support my inner strength, better mental form and biggest shot was it light me up from my stress, tension blocked and somehow i felt so much better.my personal couch guide me smoothly based on my ability and patiently direct me to the right direction.as iam so very much in beginner yet i felt so much result just in my second session thus iam ready to go further and explore the power within me with this Pravilo class.with no doubt im highly recommend the session for all of you (beginners advance etc) Definitely a Must try!

It’s such a great experience. Never tried this kind of method before, kinda bit scared but they know each person has different condition. You’ll be required to fill the form, please be honest with your physical condition. The instructor will apply the method and treatment according to each person’s condition, so you don’t have to worry! The results are amazing.

What a fantastic experience, my favourite Lulu in this world introduced me with Pravilo yesterday and woooohhhh! It has nothing to do with other sport I know. I already booked as many sessions I can do during my stay because after the "flying" challenge, you also get the perfect recovery massage with very skilled Sergei who provides best guidance and care during the whole session. After one hour of this powerful therapy as I would call it, I felt amazed, strong, spine aligned and overall super happy! Thank you both Lulu and Sergei for bringing this on a roof top, great view and fresh air optimise the experience to the max!

Pravilo located in quiet area near the city, it is a perfect place to do yoga sport or having relaxation. It has good facility such as toilets and shower room at the other side of the rooftop. Before starting the Pravilo section, you must fill the form that state you are eligible to do Pravilo training and tell the trainer all about your condition, like what kind of sport you are doing lately or if you have any other health condition, because every Pravilo training will be focused on the result you expected. What I like the most while doing the training was the feeling of stretching every part of my body, muscle, bone, and mind is relaxing. After doing Pravilo, I feel really calm, and knowing yourself better as I expected for the result. The thing I dislike is there are many many mosquitoes there, it was so hard at the first time to get focused with the mosquitoes flying around your ears. Hope they can do something about that. However, I feel amazed by the experience of doing Pravilo training.

Great location, the roof offers great views and there are no motorcycles sounds, that helps to relax! After training, I didn’t want to say anything, I think you should try it, you yourself will understand everything. Sergey is a master in his field, you can trust him!

I have never practiced this before. And after trying it, I could immediately feel a small change in my body. So I will go back to doing this exercise again

First thing I noticed about the place that it has calming ambience and relaxing atmosphere. Located at rooftop of a hotel, the place has gorgeous view of mountain on one side and ocean on another side. The pravilo training itself was not as scary as people would imagine, as Sergei the instructor is very careful. He definitely knows what he does. And the result was amazing! You feel good after the training. Anyhow, they do have list of people who are not recommended to do this training so make sure you read the form.

It change the way you see of working out, it’s not just about lifting weights, it’s both physically and mental strength of your body. Highly recommended for those who always seeking for challenge and new things!
