I made a booking at this place via Agoda. All was well until I was emailed by the establishment insisting I must attend a 'compulsory' dinner on Christmas Day and New Years Eve at an added cost of 700,000IDR pp and 1,000,000IDR pp (NYE). Despite telling the property I had in fact made other plans and excursions on this day, so wouldn't be able to join. I was told it was compulsory and it was a non-negotiable. After explaining that it's not right to force guests to join these dinners at an added cost especially when it was not on my booking confirmation or T&Cs, the hotel, instead of responding, cancelled my booking on Agoda. Shocking service and do not recommend. I'm sure the property is beautiful, it's a shame they are rude and force this upon guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Prasana, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable.

The outstanding service provided by the team truly made my visit exceptional. They were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. The attention to detail and the genuine care they showed for their guests was remarkable.

The beautiful surroundings and well-maintained facilities only added to the overall experience. Prasana is a true gem for anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat.

They also delivered cute little deserts to our room! And when we first checked in they showed us around completely and explained everything. We booked through luxury escapes with a fantastic package with so many in resort perks.

We stayed for the first part of our honeymoon here for 3 days!
The room was fabulous but there was no cliff view from the 1 bed villa’s. They’re very close together and had some very noisy neighbors; the hotel was prompt in asking them to turn the music down. They offer a shuttle service within 5k of the hotel, however it is also booked up and difficult to use, needing to book a day in advance. The hotel seem to try very hard to please however are very miss informed.
We got the shuttle to watch the sunset fire dance at 6pm however upon arriving there the show was sold out and our driver advised that you have to get there by 4pm the next day in order to get tickets for the 6pm show. The following day we booked the shuttle at 3.30 to get there by 4pm for tickets but before we left they told us the show was already sold out! They then sent someone on a scooter whilst we had a drink in the bar to go and get tickets at which to our suprise they managed to get tickets, by 5.30 after 2 hours sat drinking in their bar they then drove us to the show. We also waited for over an hour in a car park for the shuttle after a day at the beach saying it was bad traffic however the return journey only took 15mins!
I had a pedicure which was booked in for 30min after an hour, all she had managed to do was remove the gel off my toes leaving no time to paint them. They only have 8 suitable Revlon nail varnishes to choose from once you exclude green yellow & blue etc so I wouldn’t waste my money on that treamtent, they offered to paint them the following day which once painted it then took forever for the paint to dry an hour after sitting for them to dry they all but 2 nails had smudged.
We had room service and also dinner the food was fine and as expected.
The location was remote and with the shuttle bus being difficult and unreliable if you are wanting to explore be organised and very prepared for it to not go to plan or use external taxis. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.
If you use the shuttle as a paid service, outside of the 5km radius eg from the airport or to another hotel it is very expensive. 200k for the shuttle vs 65k for local grab or gojek taxi.
The bar staff were the best part of the hotel very friendly & would get you to try local fruits/drinks/coffees etc.

Special mention to the kitchen chefs who took our request of Indian and thai food and served the delicious food to us.

Also on request, balinies costume activity was done. It was very beautiful experience.

This is my 3rd time staying at Prasana and this place never fails to delight us and create unforgettable holiday memories!

Location is off the beaten track and perfect for those seeking tranquility, away from the hustle and bustle of Bali but a short car ride to Melasti beach, el kabron and Sundays beach club.

Great views of the greenery nearby and the ocean in the horizon with nice winds. Rooms and toilets are spacious and clean, large wardrobes and wonderful smelling toiletries and full toilet amenity kits. Estate has extremely beautiful floral landscaping which makes it lovely for silent morning walks.

On-site restaurant Whim has wide selection of Indonesian and western cuisine with generous portions. Desserts and turn down petit fours deserve special mention as well! It is impossible to go hungry at this place!

Ultimately what makes Prasana our choice is the wonderful service staff, their efforts to make us feel at home every time we’re there!

Had our last night in Bali here. Beautiful room. Huge with lots of space. The shower was also large and spacious. The outdoor area was very nice and the pool was large and beautiful. Only the journey to the hotel was very bumpy and rather difficult for vehicles of Bali standard. All in all a very successful end to our vacation

If you enjoy boutique modern style hotel with top notch services then this is the place.very quiet and peaceful

People's reviews are good, if you look at my photos it looks clean, but my experience was very bad. The room is dusty, the air in the room is very humid, lots of insects, the bathroom is also dirty and nesting, the doorknob is dusty, the hairdryer is nesting, the bed is dusty and there are lots of small hair pieces, sitting for a while on the foot mattress directly itching.

I'm allergic to dust but if the room is clean it doesn't matter, but this is a very bad room. The road to the villa is quite dark because I went to the villa at night and the road is a bit uphill. As a result, I didn't stay overnight, that night I immediately checked out and was sincere even though I had paid 3.4 million from 6.8 million the price was expensive but the service was not appropriate, NOT WORTH IT

1. Beberapa material seperti kusen, tv sdh kurang baik kondisi nya. Kaca sedikit berjamur.

The room we had was comfortable, but some areas looking a bit tired. The view was good, we could just see the sea in the distance, bit ultimately we were just looking at the villas in front of us.

The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food at the restaurant was lovely, but there were barely any guests eating there. Everytime we ate there we were the only ones there.

The location was poor, down the end of a dirt track with nothing in walking distance. There were no communal areas such as a pool or an outside bar which was disappointing.

This was our last destination in Bali, and it was a bit disappointing. Had this have been the first we may have had a different reaction.

Great villa with ocean view and also great hospitality. Got no chance to see the sunrise because every morning when i stayed here is always raining

The overall experience was phenomenal. I loved the service, the staff, the private infinity pool, floating breakfast, and free pool floats! It’s far from city center, however, It’s the perfect spot for a getaway.
It’s not as fancy as the other villas around it, but it’s still a nice getaway villa for friends and family.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and I can't recommend this place more highly. The villas are very well secluded so you're guaranteed privacy (although there are one or two villas on the ground floor level which aren't as private as others but still very private). I would recommend getting a sunrise villa if it's within budget. We got a romantic package as part of which you get a free lunch, dinner and a massage and that was absolutely worth the extra cost. The service at this place is impeccable - the staff really do look after you very well. The location can be a positive or a negative depending on what sort of experience you're after - the villas are a bit far out from the main road but Prasana offer a free shuttle service which is really handy. I would highly recommend hiring a scooter if you're up for it.
