I'm a long term room tenant here. They provide basic and decent facilities. It's located exactly behind Hakata Ikkhousa Ramen restaurant. The owner and the guards are really helpful and kind. Safe and secure place with CCTV too. Pre-paid electricity for each room with personal token (you pay what you use). The room can be a bit humid though but you can always ask the owner to kindly fix it.
It's in the middle of Kuta and Seminyak, super close to Sunset Road. Take only a few minutes to the nearest beach using motorcycle (or about 15 minutes if you're a fast walker!). Nearest Circle K is one minute walking away.
