The best place we've ever been. We even went back!
Everything on site, and far from nothing…
The ban on smoking also in the garden does not take away from the pleasure of staying there…
Rent a scooter, and take a taxi…
The garden invites you to stroll and relax, with its swimming pool (very clean) in the middle…

Quiet and relaxed, beautiful location for touring from there. A bicycle is highly recommended

It is well cleaned and has everything you need. All staff are friendly and helpful. By the poolside, I felt better with massages and body scrubs. Breakfast is varied and freshly prepared.

It's a nicer and more peaceful retreat than I could have imagined. What a fantastic hotel. Strongly recommended. If I get a chance, I want to visit again with my family, acquaintances, and alone.

The location is out of the way, but that's not a problem.

Thanks to the kind and diligent staff, the accommodation and swimming pool were always clean. I stayed on the 2nd floor, and the room was very spacious and comfortable with lots of storage space.

In a review, I saw that there was free pick-up and drop-off within the Sanur area, and I requested it, but that's not it, only airport pick-up! Say it's possible. I hope others don't misunderstand. In fact, I appreciate the airport pick-up.)

Anyway, I hope that the price, service, quality, staff, and boss will all stay healthy for a long time and continue to operate and prosper

The service is perfect. Very friendly people, breakfast is delicious. I can highly recommend.

The stay overthere was amazingly confortable. The place is quiet and the people at the hotel were really kind.

The only somewhat downside to this place is the location, other than that it's heaven on earth. Great pool heated to perfection, delicious breakfast, and incredibly friendly staff. There's a reason Pondok Ayu has won so many TripAdvisor awards!
