Pondok Aldi ulasan
20Pondok Aldi is a cost-effective accommodation! Although bugs do appear once in a while, if you ask the staff, they will come to your room and take care of the problem. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close, so the smell of the bathroom water creeped in, but the air conditioner in room 5, where I stayed, worked very well, so I was able to stay satisfactorily. The shower filter was dirty, but I thought it couldn't be helped since most hotels in Bali are like this. Kkomang, the employee, and the boss! Thank you so much for being so kind, helping me whenever I asked for something, saying hello every time I met him, and asking how I was doing. I would like to thank you again through this place. ^^ The location is truly amazing. Jemeluk Beach, Amed's best snorkeling spot, is right in front. The best snorkeling spot is just across the road. I was grateful that I could see all of the colorful corals, fish, and even turtles by walking in instead of taking a boat. It was so, so good. ^^
A great place to snorkel every day. Private room.
Please prepare everything except soap and toilet paper, good water pressure, gurgling hot water, 2 outlets (did I not find it?), lighting a bit dark, mosquito net, (room 2?) weak air conditioner (+ fan), water provided, shared room. Refrigerator, simple breakfast.
You can rent a kitchen and cook ramen, etc. The employees leave work around 8pm (but the building right next door is the boss's accommodation). The owner and his wife are very kind, and Kkoman is so diligent and pure that it makes me laugh every time I see him (possessed by an uncle who wants to give him pocket money).
Because it was near a snorkeling spot, we extended our two-day stay a few times.
When you leave the accommodation, go straight for 3 minutes and you will see coral and huge schools of fish on the right side of the sea. The visibility is almost as good as tap water if you're lucky (it varies depending on the time), and the coral environment is superior to the sea near the US or Japanese boats (in general, Zmuruk > Japanese boat > American boat).
It's a good idea to rent a bike and ride towards Mt. Lem Puang. On the way, stop by Lahangan and enjoy the scenery (you have to come back). Since it is a mountain road, there is a dangerous path with slopes, narrows, and twists, so be careful as it may be cold (rain) if you ride one bike per person.
Shuttle from the accommodation to Padang Bai 150k (I asked the hotel for a tip thinking I was tipping the owner, if you look, you can find 110k, it takes more than an hour and a half), bike 70k, snorkel equipment 30k (fins only 20k), no bicycle.
Grab is not available in the Amed area, the ferry service to the Gili Islands was closed a long time ago, prices are a bit high, and it is a beach during the rainy season (end of January), so bedding and other things don't dry on the beach and become stuffy.
This is the house I lived in for a month in Ahmed. Nearby is Jolly, famous for its delicious food.
The rooms were private rooms with air conditioning. The air conditioner was cool, the room was spacious, and the bed was very large. It felt like king size or bigger.
The staff are very friendly. When I said I wanted to do yoga at home, the owner even lent me a yoga mat. The staff member who always guards the accommodation is very friendly.
Tea or coffee and banana pancakes are provided for breakfast. The owner cooks it for me and it’s really delicious.
One day, the owner even gave us a tour to a sunken ship in Tteumbeolneun for 15,000 rupiah. If you are staying for a long time, this place is okay, so please stop by:)
I was here for the second time and was very satisfied again! If I'm in Amed again, I'll be happy to come back!
Very nice ladies at reception, very large room, it's clean and cleaned every day, hot water, a stone's throw from the beach with magnificent corals, possibility of renting diving equipment!
Breakfast is very good and around €10 per night for a private room for couples. Very good value for money
Perfect location, 1 minute walk then you can jump into the ocean. The owner is very nice.
The only problem for us is the HUGE carpenter ants at night. A LOT in the bathroom even on toilet seat… sometimes there are few in the bed.it’s quite terrifying for me. You probably need a insect spray for the night.
The best place in Bali was Amed,
Pondok Aldi was my favorite hotel in Bali.
8-person dormitory room with cool AC
Private curtains, lockers large enough to fit a large backpack, large and clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, etc.
You can also eat breakfast. ^^
everything is perfect
Not 5 stars.
I was so happy that I wanted to pick up all the stars in the night sky and give them to you~.
location, facilities, price
This is a perfect, friendly and loving family run hotel.great time in a nice hotel
because we can be together
It was a very happy time.
Even if you go somewhere else, with Ahmed
You will think of the friendly Aldi family.
Great place in an unbeatable location in front of the Jemeluk dive site. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff is lovely and always available for whatever you need.
Since I plan to spend most of my time outside, I chose an accommodation close to the sea and cheap. The rooms are unbelievably large for the price.it surprised me. To exaggerate, I think 8 people can sleep in one room. The bathroom is also very large. Unfortunately, the sink and handset are too high. People who are 180 cm tall will find it comfortable.
The air conditioner doesn't work but a ceiling fan is sufficient. There is also a bean bag in the room, so it's good to spread it around.
Breakfast is banana pancakes, which are delicious. I'm a bit sorry for leaving it because it's a lot for me.
70k per day for bike rental, 30k for snorkel gear. Please test before using snorkel. The one I borrowed didn't work, so I was a bit frustrated.
Other than that, overall I'm happy with it.
Lovely clean hotel to stay at. You can enjoy snorkeling across the street. Highly recommend! Lots of fish and corals
Very good hostel in Amed!
Hostel located 1 minute from the beach.
The price of a bed in a shared room on 6/23/23 is €4 per night with breakfast included
The bed is quite spacious and has a curtain, clothes rack, light and charger.
In addition, there is also a locker and it is huge, it fits a suitcase, large backpack or anything you want to put in it.
The location is good since by motorcycle or on foot you are close to everything
Highly recommended if you come to Amed!
This hostel is perfect for your stay in Amed! Located directly across from the best beach and snorkelling spot in the area. The family are so nice and helpful and serve delicious banana pancakes for breakfast. The rooms have a privacy curtain on the bed so it’s really nice and cosy. Beds are comfortable, AC works well, bathrooms are clean and water is hot. Definitely recommend staying!
This place is perfect for the price!
My room was spacious and clean, I had warm water, the staff was super nice and the breakfast was delicious!
The only thing is that the water jug was often empty, so i suggest verifying before the stores closes if you don’t want to get thirsty during the night
Good location near the center and in front of Jemeluk beach, free water dispenser, possibility of renting a scooter and many other services, just ask the very helpful owner. Large rooms and bathrooms, slightly smelly bathroom without windows. Cleaning every day but just enough. Slightly noisy as it is on the main road but the interior is very pleasant with the rooms surrounded by well-kept greenery. The only flaw was poor breakfast
My partner and I wanted to have a chill stay that was close to the beach and quiet. We found the rooms large with exceptional mattresses and great Hot water.
A desk, night stands and mirror were useful in our stay.
The hosts were amazing! Made and Ninga were some of the most caring and giving people we have met in all of our global travel's.
The Best snorkeling in Amed is actually 70 meters across the street from the property.
The banana pancakes were yummy too. Balinese coffee or tea was delicious too.
Finally, if you need to rent a scooter or snorkeling gear it is available.
If you are searching for a genuine Bali experience, stop looking and book here. For a budget hotel/hostal this is one the best stays ever! Thank you Ninga and Made!
You can’t go wrong for this price. The host is super sweet and he was very helpful when we had questions & needed to hire a scooter and a taxi to get to Padang Bai.
My wife and I stayed in a private room. Huge room with king bed, desk & chair, and large bathroom.
No AC, so the nights were sweaty. (There is a fan)
Breakfast in the morning was delish - I love those banana pancakes with honey!
I left my bag on the floor for our whole stay (2 nights) and found it to be infested with ants when we checked out (there has never been food in that bag). My wife’s bag was untouched by ants.
Air-conditioned room, hot water, clean bathroom and rooms, very friendly, smiling and kind owners. Snorkeling equipment for only Rp 25,000 for 24 hours instead of Rp 50,000 at other competitors.
The breakfast is very good. I have eaten banana pancakes every day in different places and this one is definitely the best. Low fat pancake, and caramelized and slightly crunchy bananas. It was just perfect. The coffee was also good. It was a good stay. I am satisfied with it especially for the price!
The cutest place! I stayed in the hostel and it was actually the most private and spacious hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are so kind and serve the perfect little places! Right by where the boat comes in it was nice I could just walk right up to it. Amed is so stunning I am not sure why more people don’t recommend it! A must stay.
Best place in Amed. Just opposite to Jemeluk beach. Very cheap with breakfast.
And get beautiful owners Husband and Wife:)
A great stay in this small hotel! Great welcome, very inexpensive scooter rental, very large room, etc.
Really excellent value for money
