Perdana Homestay

We had such a lovely stay here; you can walk to the beach in 1 minute, which has beautiful restaurants along it. Tiwi and her family are so kind, rooms are basic but it’s all you need.the place is so beautiful with gardens, they make a good breakfast.just gotta keep everything shut at dusk and dawn cause of mozzies but that’s everywhere you go.

We spent 4 days at this establishment. We could not swim in the pool because the water had turned.we had to go to the pool of a restaurant next door. The breakfast is not great. The bay of mushrooms is nice for a drink, but the corals and the boats do not allow real swimming or snorkeling. Fortunately, we did additional activities (surfing, Snokeling trips.)

Loved this place. Staying next to a lovely family makes this place very authentic and unique. You have a choice between 2 room types, bungalow or a room. I stayed on both, simple, clean and nice. It’s super close to the beach, couple of steps and you can enjoy your morning swim before delicious breakfast and chat with other guests. This makes this place so special. You can also rent a scooter directly there and organize your transport to your next destination also directly via the host. Thanks Gede for everything. Hope to come back
I arrived from Bali via Tanis speed boat (ca 30min drive) that goes directly to mushroom bay (Check before buying a ticket)

We ended up at Perdana because we needed accommodation over Nyepi and had a great time. Gede and his family were delightful and added to the beautiful feel of the place, as did the little dogs. We spent Nyepi by the tranquil pool with other guests and we were all cooked breakfast and dinner. At night we were supplied candles because of the power across the island was out. It's great value accommodation and the location is very good too, you are a very short walk onto the nicest end of Mushroom Bay.

Amazing stay! The owners are very hospitable, the villas were clean and the overall vibe was super relaxed. Loved that it was next to the beach.

We loved this place. Beautiful, tranquil and so wonderful helpful owners. Also in good location next to beautiful Mushroom bay where the ferry stops, and you can buy the ferrytickets cheap through the owners. Greetings from Annette with family

Just a stone's throw to the beautiful Mushroom Bay is this special Homestay. Lovely rooms or bungalows in a pretty and spacious garden. The pool is refreshing to take a dip or spend the whole day. Gede is a wonderful host who is helpful with any request from scooter hire to an afternoon snack. We truly felt like part of the family. Especially as we learnt our Balinese word/phrase a day. We will be going back to the Perdana now that we have found our little piece of paradise! Suksma Gede dan Deta.

Me and my partner booked to stay here for 4 nights and on the first day we extended to 8 nights. Amazing place and amazing host and family.

The homestay is right next to the beach but away from the noise of the bars and offers a lovely breakfast.

We have been in Indonesia for 2 months and Perdana Homestay has been our favourite place. Gede is such an amazing host.

Rooms are old but clean and comfortable, similar to most older accommodation you might find around Legian/Seminyak in the same price bracket. We booked out all but 3 of the rooms and each had gained its nuances over the years, however all rooms had good air conditioning and clean comfortable beds.
The food available from the all in one front/desk/office/shop/kitchen is really good and we found ourselves eating lunch by the pool most days as the meals were cheaper and just as good as most of the nearby restaurants. Perdana Homestay is a family run business and they are wonderful people, always happy and welcoming with great local knowledge on all things Lembongan/ceningan. Tucked away just behind the beach, you’re on the sand in under 2 minutes with water activities available and plenty of options for dinner & drinks (try mola mola house). We hired scooters from the family and explored both islands over several days however there’s plenty of good restaurants and places to explore around the quiet backroads within 5 minutes of Perdana.
