I visited it yesterday, 11/9/2023, and the experience was very bad due to the lack of clarity in the ticket mechanism. A ticket upon entry. Also, when you reach the place of the Qaroda statue, there is another ticket to enter the statue.
We expected that we would see the entire island of Bali, but there is only a window like the window of an airplane inside the statue overlooking it, and a museum inside the statue.

There is also a fire show that ends at 6: 45 p.m, and we arrived late at the place of the statue at 6: 25. They told us that the place of the show is after the statue and that we will not be able to join it (well, why did you not teach us before that we cannot reach the place of the statue? !) Unfortunately, there is no organization and arrangement among them and there has not been any. They do not compensate us for anything, and they even apologized behind their anger

The biggest statue! But it's really good to join the guided tour. We got our ticket from the machine. Just look forward when the entire plan will finish.

Tempatnya bagus, apalagi ditambah dengan pertunjukan tari Kecaknya, rekomen bngt buat dikunjungi saat liburan ke Bali

This park is new to Bali, it was inaugurated in September 2018. Inside it is the sculpture of the Hindu god Vishnu, mounted on his Garuda (eagle). The sculpture is 122 meters high and is visible from several kilometers away. The sculpture has elevators that take you to the top of the viewpoint, but you must buy the exclusive ticket for that. In my personal opinion, it is expensive, the basic visit can be between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours, which is very long. There is not much to see but the venue is very large and you lose time on foot…

My first experience was in 2006. Since then, many times visiting GWK. The best is: the same ticket rate/price for local/domestic and foreigner visitors! Equality! Great Job GWK Management Team!

Beautiful place but so busy and incredibly expensive.terribly far to walk up to the big statue

First you have to buy a ticket. The ticket zone is confusing for some reason, but you eventually will reach one. One has to walk around 10 minutes to reach a show called Bali Dance Show, which they will show you some art of balinese dance. This will occured around twice a day. After you get into a place where a huge statue of Vishnu God, you had to wear the Sarong, which is the tradition of entering the temple. Behind Vishnu God is the world second large GWK statue, but they might be still under maintenance so we cannot access there by walking. There will be beside the Garuda statue not far from the Vishnu Statue. (oh, and don't forget to put the Sarung after you leave the Vishnu zone). You can get an exit door by getting downstairs in front of Garuda Statue, which there will be many Minecraft-shaped stones, to the right.
Side note: if you want to go to the toilet, go to the left of the Minecraft-shaped stones.

Jalan-jalan kesini seru banget karena banyak atraksi-atraksi yang gak boleh dilewatin. Wah seneng banget deh. Harga tiketnya worth it banget sama apa yang bakal kita dapetin di tempat ini.

It was a little expensive and the park was still under construction in many areas, but the statue is impressive. The local dances and music were pretty awesome though. Put on your walking shoes.

Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) became the second tallest statue in the world.

These statues are only inferior to the Spring Temple Buddha in China and outperformed the Laykyun Sekkya Buddha in Myanmar.

The first stone laying was carried out in the park area at Bukit Ungasan, Jimbaran, in 1997.

It will rise as high as 121 meters, this GWK located on the Island of the Gods has reached 70 percent.

Objeknya hanya patung, tp ada show yg bisa dinikmati. Sayangnya di sini sangat kurang akses utk stroller atau wheelchair. Bayangkan saja jalan tanjakan dan tangga banyak banget, kita gotong2 stroller dan gendong anak.

Saya datang di hari kamis, jam 5 lewat bis ke atas sudah tidak ada jadi harus jalan ke atas.tapi pemandangan bagus jadi ga kerasa.ada tempat beli oleh2, harga tiket masuk lokal 80rb tapi saya beli via traveloka dapt harga 76rb harusnya dapet potongan 10% lagi tapi lupa input kode promonya

Although has not open for public yet, the statue of Garuda Wisnu Kencana has attract so many tourists.

HTM 80k namun sepertinya terlalu mahal utk fasilitas saat ini.karena blm lengkap.dan banyak terlihat wisman tidak beli HTM namun jalan kaki ambil jalan pintas lewat samping.

Site is under construction. Some improvement need immediate attention especially public toilet smell under amphi the. Over all good.

Good place in bali.many people came here to see many kind of statue.but the guidelines is not good.

Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park), abbreviated GWK, is a tourist park in the southern part of the island of Bali. This tourist park is located in Ungasan Village, South Kuta District, Badung Regency, about 40 kilometers south of Denpasar, the capital of the province of Bali. In this cultural park area, it is planned to establish a landmark or mascot of Bali, namely the giant-sized statue of Lord Vishnu who is riding his mount, Garuda, as high as 120 meters.

Kepala dan badan yang lama masih ada.the new 120 (height) x 64 (width) meters statue is made by a new one.
