Pasih Andus (Smoky Beach)

EASILY my favorite place in Nusa Penida! The sunset is amazing, and the water "smoke" rises several meters from the cliffs, which is an unearthly sight to see, especially at sunset with a hot pop mie and a cold Bintang.

Lots of reviews saying the road was bad, but we (very used to Indonesian roads by now) didn't find anything challenging. The bumpy ride is absolutely worth it.

There is hardly anyone here. One small shop selling cold drinks, pop mie, and some small snacks. The lady working there is absolutely the best!

We were alone at this beautiful place. They are all going to Angels Billabong, you’ll have this place almost to yourself. It’s so beautiful, must see!

I love the power of the waves here, but the view from the boat shows the power of the waves much more strongly.

Definitely worth it, no crowds than every other place on the island but way more “instagramable”, but cause there are not many tourists there the road is only rocks and dirt, if you visit by car you maybe need to walk a bit further, by bike you can drive quite close, walk past the statue on the hill till you reached a green field and the cliffs at the end, there is am Family selling some drinks and snacks, as there are almost no people you can take as long as you want for taking pictures, the splash is tremendous and beautiful, with good shoes you can also go left on the cliffs and take amazing pictures with the splash in the background
Top advantages: no ticket, no paying for parking, no tourist, but as impressive as all the other far more touristy attractions

Liat lautan lepas, sumpah menyeramkan bgt, laut birunya, tapi keren banget tempatnya pakek sunset'a kalau ke sini lagi ak pasti mampir ke lokasi ini lagi

Great if you’d like to see a less touristy place. It’s really quite there and the view is amazing.

Place is secluded and can only reached by a scooter. Views are breathtaking and worth the visit.

Highly recommend for inexperienced riders to park their bike when they see a steep rocky slope.

The tide was too low to see any "smoke". And the road to get there was horrible.

Nice surroundings though.
I could even see hanging body on the stick.

Ajib, fenomena alam yg takjub buat di syukuri walau perjalananenuju nya agak penuh perjuangan but terbayar lah sama pemandangan yg luar biasa

Actually it kind of cliff where you can enjoy "smokey" water after the waves touch the cliff. This area only can be reach by motorbike, good area for camp. The place near Kelingking and Broken beach.

Pas ke sini sebenernya ga sengaja, karena tujuan utama mau ke Angel's Billabong sama Broken Beach.

Pertigaan terakhir iseng coba belok kanan yang ternyata mengarah ke pantai ini.

Jalannya cukup terjal dan berbatu, amat sangat diharapkan hati-hati untuk yang mengendarai sepeda motor.

Dengan kondisi jalan yang tidak terlalu baik dan kondisi cuaca yang amat terik, ketika pertama kali melihat pantainya berasa cuci mata.

Waktu ke lokasi tidak ada tiket masuk dan di lokasi waktu itu sangat sangat sepi, tidak ada pengunjung lain dan hanya ada beberapa pedagang.

Salah satu kelebihannya adalah karena sepi tidak banyak ditemukan sampah di lokasi ini.

Bagus, gabung sama tempat camping kayaknya.
Lagi" tunggu air agak pasang ya, biar efek smoky dari benturan ombak ke karangnya makin dapat.
Sya kesini pas pagi jam 08.11. Jadi masih belum seberapa besar benturan ombaknya.

I actually prefer this to Angel Billabong (next door) as it is quieter. On a bike you can get to about 200 meters from it. Nice views. Depending on the sea conditions the blow can be impressive. We had it rather calm but still interesting!

What a crazy sight to see! We watched sunset from this location and we were not disappointed. The scooter ride out here allows to to see Nusa Penida and gets a bit bumpy at the end but well worth it. Buy some snacks and drinks, bring something to sit on and enjoy the view!

Tempatnya bagus, beautiful scenery, hanya akses jalan yang agak susah, masih sepi, kalau beruntung bisa lihat lumba lumba
