Villa itself is super old
Very noisy outside can hear neighbors above, kept waking up throughout the night
Wi-Fi connection keeps disconnecting from my device every minute even as I’m typing this, extremely annoying very unstable connection
Got a stove but you can’t use it unless you pay 100k for gas
No box of tissues provided
Overall not recommended unless you’re looking for a traditional villa experience

In general, it’s a good hotel for its price, but the rooms are quite old and have some ants in them.

Room is very big, light in the living room is very poor, staff is very polite, food is ok, for the price i paid i would say it's an ok room, but i had problems with the AC because it was not managing to make the room cold properly and i was sweating a lot.

This is the best stay in Seminyak. The food is great and the rooms are super. I liked the customer service. Enjoyed the stay!

This could be good if they provided any level of service at all.

There’s a restaurant and bar on site but it closes at 5pm.

Concierge was useless - would not arrange scooter hire, would not book a grab or gojek collection, and there’s no laundry facilities at all “we’re happy to show you where the laundry is on the map”. Which is super weird because every time I walked past the desk there was always at least three staff on. Also threatened on checkin that if food delivery was sent to the hotel, I had to come collect it from reception, they wouldn’t take to the room.

The room is pretty basic, but very clean. Bare minimum is provided - some water bottles, tea and coffee.

Little signs everywhere in the rooms threatening financial consequences of I) using the cooking gas ii) leaving the balcony door open and a/c on, and the obligatory heavy threats about smoking indoors.

The service is good and they are friendly. The room is comfortable and not issue with hot water and water pressure.

Nice secluded place. Great service by staffs. Quite place for you to spend time with family. Nice gym too.

Even though the hotel location is really far from the airport, but this hotel having the best spot to many places. To Seminyak? 5 min. Kuta? 10 min. Canggu? 5 min. With affordable price per-night. Forget to mention: the room is huge.

Its clean, peacfull, ok breakfast.if you vant a nice god place for peac and no stress dis is d place for it

Aku suka dengan mezanine nya, ruangan bawah living room & kitchen, & bathroom, ruangan atas bedroom & toilet. Walaupun makanan standard & swimming poolnya kecil, tapi kamar nyaman.

Hotel di umalas dengan rate yang terjangkau.konsep apartemen dengan tempat tdr d atas membuat kamar jadi luas.

Hotel had friendly staff, pool was amazing. Noisy builders which didn't bother me that much. What really bothered me the most is that the walls are not sound proof. So it's very easy to hear other people next door. Some nights couldn't sleep. Also some pillows were changed for either a higher or lower. I couldn't ask for a lower pillow but instead have to wait till its been swapped when room gets cleaned.

Good hotel if you prefer pleasantly quiet place from street noise yet still near to other places.

For a 3 star hotel, this place surely over rated. The amenities are incomplete to say the least. The food is not only below average, but also come in a very limited variation. The pool is so so. The shower lacks the ever needed 'pump'. Parts of the room needs TLC. The only thing that helps them is the generous and friendly staff.

Nice specious room with a very complete facility but the breakfast just standard taste but still acceptable.

Very nice suite room! The staff was very helpful and we rented scooters at the front desk. The pool was private and quiet, great place to relax

Like the atmosphere, the staff were nice and friendly, overall was good but the Interior a bit old, some of them even broken and rotten

Great room, great bed and pillows, great staff and very good location. We stayed for a long term herr and really liked it and we will come back for another long term.:) they are doing renovations so in a few weeks it will be even better!

In my opinion this hotel is a great hotel the mezanine room is wide and comfortable, the pool the ambience was great.but the breakfast was not that good.
