Lokasi Hotel strategis, tidak jauh dari bandara mungkin sekitar 10 menit saja dan dekat ke pantai Kuta. Staff ramah dan sarapannya juga nikmat.

Lovely hotel nice and quiet and no traffic noise. Spacious rooms with a good bed. At the pool ok quite a lot of plants where you can sit or lie by the pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is good. And the beach and the center are within walking distance

WORST hotel in our life, everything is dirty, broken, in the shower it was generally scary to touch everything. They promised a good wi-fi, didn’t load normally even whatsapp, let alone work. They ran away from here in a day, although it was paid for a week, the money was NOT RETURNED, but they should have been! Avoid this hotel, for the money there are tons of options 10 times better than this place.

TDLR: Claimed they never received our booking paid for by Jetstar and then tried to charge us, possible scam to take Jetstars money and then ours.

Booked with this place alongside Jetstar as included in our flight. When we arrived the night before our flight the hotel claimed that they don't do Jetstar bookings and don't have any rooms for us, then offered us some "spare room" that had no sink working but we would have to pay extra money for it.
The owner claimed that they get this a lot and that people show up expecting their bookings when booked with airlines.
Seems very suspicious and I think they might be claiming the Jetstar money and then offer a room to customers thats not overly expensive expecting them to say yes because it's close to the airport and too lazy to look elsewhere. If not they'd contact Jetstar and inform them of this. Jetstar is a big company and would be paying the hotel.

We ended up staying around the corner at another hotel.

Don't book here if you have a Jetstar voucher. They will tell you that they don't have your booking and you will be left scrambling for last minute accommodation. Jetstar will also tell you they can't do anything because the hotel hasn't replied to them.

Hotel is small quiet, convenient to all things in Kuta. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our air con broke down and we were moved to another room in quick time. We will be back in the future l'm sure.

Air Panas dan Wifi tidak berfungsi. AC tidak dingin. Parahnya, kamar seharusnya di make up room, tapi sampe pulang dari Atlas jam 4 pagi masih berantakan. Padahal udah meninggalkan hotel dari jam 8 pagi dan memasang Make Up Room sign. Pelayannya juga sangat tidak ramah. WORST HOTEL IN BALI EVER! NOT RECCOMENDED!

Harga pandemi yang sangat ekonomis namun sangat lengkap fasilitas dikamar terutama kamar dibagian kulkas kecil, safety box, perlengkapan mandi, wastafel bersih, kamar mandi dengan perlengkapan mandi yang setiap hari diganti dalam keadaan bersih, kolam renang yang dapat digunakan kapan saja, pantai Kuta, Bali tinggal berjalan 10 langkah, parkir mobil halaman belakang luas. Parkiran tidak ada penutup, jadi mohon maaf jika kendaraan kepanasan dan kehujanan disini.
Untuk pelayanan dan fasilitas cukup baik.

Tempat yang strategis dekat dengan pantai kuta dan nyaman untuk menginap dilengkapi dengan kolam renang, tentunya dengan harga yg terjangkau

TV doesn't work, sink, telephone, doesn't work at all, not hot water at shower. I don't get mineral water in the room. I planed to stay for 7 days, only survive for one night. I move to other hotel, and at the other hotel. I get upgrade room to junior suite, 2 TVs, bathtub, hot water. It was good decision to move. Now I have the problem to refund.

Staff nya ramah dan baik dekat dari bandara, deket dengan pantai kuta, mall dan pasar seni kita

Dikarenakan pademi hotel nya aga lesu. Karena tidak wisatan yg dtg. Tapi hotel inj msh bgs seperti dulu pelayannya walau sdkt aga ada yg rusak mrk menjlskan belum bisa perbaikin krn tdk ada income masuk.saya harap wisatawan lokal bisa wisata ke bali untuk membantu ekonomi bali. Baik segi pariwisata atau hotel.

Karena bali aman kok. Semua karyawan menjalankan protokol covid.

Hotel ini sgt nyaman n tenang buat yg tdk suka kebisingan. Dekat dgn rmh makan nikmat dan pantai nya

Ugh maybe I wasn’t lucky and got bad room but this was not pleasant at all. Got another hotel in same area, same price and it was soo much better.

Pelayanan nya kurang. Hotel nya gelap, Katanya Lampu Nya Ada. Tapi Mati. Di kamar ga ada Keset. Renang Ga Boleh Pake Baju. Parkir Sempit.

OZZ Hotel is Best Hotel in Bali. We stayed here for 4 nights. Very polite staff. The rooms are very clean and they clean up the room everyday. Totally recommend this hotel! Good location and nice pool. Good buffet breakfast.
15 min from Airport. 5min walk to the Kuta beach & Hard Rock Cafe.lots of restaurants within 2min walk and discovery shopping mall/waterpark within 10min walk. Pls visit this hotel.

Tam olarak 3 yıldız bir otel. Fazlası değil ama buraya 2 yıldız. Otel odaları çok küçük. Balayı olduğunu belirttiğim halde giriş katında çok küçük bir oda verdiler. Havuz kullanmak imkansızdı çünkü aptal bir grup tarafından işgal edilip voleybol sahası olarak kullanıldı. Bağırma çağırmalar ve havuz etrafında sabahtan akşama kadar hareketsiz uzanan gelip geçenleri seyreden garip insanlar.
Kahvaltısı standart 3 yıldız otel kahvaltısıydı, çeşit çok az ama tofulu bir sote çıkmıştı bi kahvaltıda ona bayıldım.
Havaalanı hizmeti pahalı ancak mecburen kullandık.
