The staff was very rude and unfriendly, no owner phone numbers, even though there was a problem with my booking with OYO at that time, and they said that they no longer collaborated with Oyo itself since so long, but why is this place still registered with Oyo? Even my booking have confirmed and i have paid for it, it doesn't make any sense! And i just found out that this place have lot more problem with AGODA, OYO, or any others applications! A HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! Just stay away from this place if you don't want to lose your money and time!

Tidak rekomendet sama sekali, jangan sekali kali mencoba apa lagi memesan lewat aplikasi oyo, daripada nanti menyesal sendiriii

DO NOT STAY - Booked through Agoda, and arrived and were told booking did not exist despite the man making no effort to look or help. He sat and watched instagram videos whilst we had to look for other accommodation. I spoke to the manager on the phone, who claimed he didn’t speak english, which was definitely a lie. Terrible service, avoid at all costs

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! After booking online through Agoda (with a booking reference and confirmation) we arrived and we’re told there is no booking for us. He said he had free rooms but we could only go in them if we paid double what we had originally thought we were paying. The man we spoke to was soo rude. Unhelpful. He just sat there watching instagram videos on his phone. We now have no where to stay. We will be telling anyone and everyone who listens how awful this place is.

We arrived and no one was there to welcome us. Finally they told us that our room was not available and we found ourselves in the street at 9 p.m.

Denied check-in despite having booked and paid in advance. Staff said it's been happening for a month as they continue to take bookings despite being full. Staff didn't help with the refund, went through a lot of trouble to get the money back from the platform.

Receptionisnya gatau kemana, ga meninggalkan jejak nomor wa atau apapun, nanya ke tamu hotelnya pada nggatau ada dimana. Hmmm

Hotelnya bagus sebenernya, terhitung masih baru tampaknya, tapi sepertinya penjaganya krg bersih dan telaten aja, jadi di beberapa titik ada yg krg bersih dilihatnya, kayak ada seprei kotor numpuk di pojokan, poolnya juga gak keliatan semenarik di foto. Inget juga waktu penjaganya masuk kmr, lagi ngerokok, rokoknya juga ditenteng masuk kamar, buat saya yg gak ngerokok, itu mengganggu. Untuk kamar sih gak banyak komplain, di harga segini udah oke bgt, kasur besar, ac dingin, ada rak gantungan baju, udah oke bgt lah pokonya, cuma yg saya heran, spreinya kyk blm dicuci, soalnya lecek bgt. Ya iya sih harganya murah, tapi apa salahnya merhatiin detai detail kecil yg harusnya bisa diperbaiki. Ada parkiran motor, kalo mobil agak susah, tapi ada sih lahannya, dan gak teduh juga, jadi kalo hujan ya kebes udah kendaraan. Ada bny anjing juga, sering gonggong juga. Kalo plusnya, deket bny warung makan, indomaret, aman bgt lah pokoknya. Dapet handuk tapi gak ada amenities, gak ada air panas juga, yah overall di harga segini ada plus-minusnya lah, tgl bisa kompromi ato gak, kalo buat saya masih oke yg nginep sendiri.
