Beautiful hotel, however it was not very clean and would do with some refurbishment (bathroom). Food (breakfast) was a bit disappointing.

Excellent and cheap hotel next to the BNI bank with 3 ATM machines Excellent simple restaurant Opposite one-sided Balinese souvenir shops and the business of the best leather worker in Sanur Located behind all these shops is the Pasar Sindu Night Market where authentic Javanese meals and excellent Satay Madura are for sale

What can I say. Where do I start. Very old facility, I showered at the bidet because the shower have zero pressure. Also, you'd be lucky to lock the doors here. I walked past this place now, I still get ptsd from showering in the bidet

Dia melakukannya karena dia tahu bahwa kami pergi dengan ransel dan lelah.ketika saya mengatakan saya akan mengajukan keluhan, mereka tidak mau memberi saya kamar saya. Saat masuk, seorang wanita asing mengatakan kepada saya bahwa dia melakukan hal yang sama padanya.tapi dia mengatakan padanya bahwa itu adalah kesalahan agoda.maling Wanita ini melakukan penipuan di hotel. La peor experiencia de mi vida.aparte de robarme en mi camino de entrada. Tengo videos y fotos de todo. 3 de sus habitaciones deberían ser cambiadas.porque el aire no funciona. El ventilador parece un helicóptero.suciedad en todos los rincones.y la señora que me atendió. Robarme Me dijo que el precio de mi reserva era de 116.000 pero que era un error de reserva.hay pagados 170.000. Lo hizo porque sabía que nos íbamos con mochilas y cansados. Cuando dije que presentaría una queja, no me dieron mi habitación. Al entrar, una mujer extranjera me dijo que ella le había hecho lo mismo.pero él le dijo que era culpa de agoda. Esta mujer ladrona comete un fraude en el hotel. Informaré de esto a la reserva y a las autoridades.porque no es justo si tienes reserva te roban y te ven como un idiota.gracias a Dios fue la única mala experiencia en toda Indonesia.no representa a la buena gente que conozco en este país. The worst experience of my life. Aside from robbing me in my driveway. I have videos and photos of everything. 3 of their rooms should be changed.because the air does not work. The fan looks like a helicopter. Dirt in every corner.and the lady who served me.rob me she told me that the price of my reservation was 116,000 but that it was a reservation error. 170,000 have been paid. She did it because she knew we were leaving with backpacks and tired. When I said I would make a complaint, they didn't give me my room. Upon entering, a foreign woman told me that she had done the same thing to her.but he told her it was agoda's fault. This thief woman commits a fraud in the hotel. I will report this to the reserve and the authorities.because it's not fair if you have a reservation they rob you and see you as an idiot. Thank goodness it was the only bad experience in all of Indonesia.does not represent the good people I know in this country.embarrassing.

As so many others have shared, they do not honor bookings made on any other sites if it is below the price stated at their counter, 175 000 idr for a standard room and 275 000 idr for a superior room. Overall, not clean. I paid for 4 nights on agoda for a basic room. Ended up staying just 2 nights. One night in a standard room and one night in a superior room. Superior room was much better, though shower area needs a good scrub.

Booked the hotel whilst on a long trip. Had to move rooms 3 times because things kept breaking (conditioning, toilet, shower.) And on the last few days before I was about to leave, they attempt to steal from me! They have broken my suitcase, forced the lock on my padlock so I can’t get it off the case. Management are useless and I am still at the hotel now and they couldn’t care less to offer any help. I would not waste your money on this hotel. It’s really not worth the hassle!

Really bad WiFi and service and like many others who have left reviews we were stolen from. When we brought this up with the staff they totally lied about it despite clear evidence of damages to suitcases and locks during forced entry. Really disappointing and so horrible to have people be so dishonest.

Stayed here in July during covid19 time. Very affordable and for what you pay this hotel meet your needs - cold AC, hot&cold shower, big bed, clean swimming pool, walking distance to the beach and many shops around. The staff and owner is very friendly and helpful.

Nothing in the bathroom worked. No hot water, shower was a trickle, bathroom sink blocked. Only pancakes available for breakfast because the supplier hadn’t arrived and the pancakes were stale. Not recommended.

Good acceptable accom. Had issues with Slovat backpackers drinking all night and hotel doing nothing. Choose room upgrade as basic room has no fridge, noisy ac, no hot water and no English TV

Small hotel but the staff so friendly and polite.they always happy to help.good location close to everywhere.really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.will b back again next year
