Pelayanan lambat tidak ramah dan tidak cepat tanggap trimakasi mana owner nya malah lagi main waktu di telfon

Tidak pakai harga aplikasi, pengurus minta tambahan jadi harga normal, kamar mandi bau, linen apek, AC ga dingin, ga dapat sabun.

This is some kind of scam, the booking booking has one price, upon arrival they carry some kind of game, they say there are no places and the price is different. Once again I am convinced that OYO is the worst service in all respects.

Sudah bayar full di aplikasi, di tempat suruh bayar lagi, karena katanya harga di aplikasi tidak sesuai, dan bayarnya hampir 3x lipat, yg tadinya ambil 2 malam jadi cuma semalam aja.
Pintu susah di kunci, pintu harus di di angkat dulu kalau mau kunci, remot TV tidak ada batetainya, AC jalan sampai 21 °C, kamar mandi seperti jarang di sikat ada seperti cacing di belakang pintu toilet entah apa itu (video terlampir), Toilet tidak bisa di siram karena air kecil, dan mati (tidak ada air sama sekali) di pagi hari. Nyamuknya buanyak banget, untung saya bawa lotion anti nyamuk.
Jangan terlalu berharap di penginapan murah, tapi yg sangat saya kecewakan harga tidak singkron dengan aplikasi, Hati-hati kalau liat harga di aplikasi kurang dari 150rb, karena pasti nanti di mintain lagi pas check in

Udah booking di agoda dan lgsg bayar via agoda disana malah ditagihin lagi sm fonya dengan alasan blm dirubah di agoda pdhl sy pake kupon discount

An extremely budget option, but this does not excuse the disgustingly dirty towels. That is, they were stupidly not washed, they were given out after a very big request within a day. There was no toilet paper for three days; we used our own napkins. There is a kitchenette and 1 (one!) fork.
Behind one of the tiles in the restroom lived a lizard Fedya. All the plumbing was leaking, including the sink, and when the tank was drained, half of the water went where it needed to go, and the other half went to the floor. The shower hose was leaking along its entire length, the pressure was completely insufficient, and there was no hot water at all. For some reason, several dozen mosquitoes lived in the restroom, and although they didn’t bite, they itched extremely threateningly upon entering.
The pluses are a working air conditioner and a ten-minute walk to an acceptable beach.
Oh, and yes: the price on Booking does not correspond to reality: initially it was indicated 92, but then it turned out to be 150 thousand (rupees).

This property is scam. I strongly request all booking websites ban this property. If you care for your safety you please stay away from this property.
When we arrive the man said this property no longer have any contact with Agoda anymore. If we want to stay we have to pay again 150,000 / room for 1 night.
I check reviews in Google and found that same review were made from last 6 months but somehow until now this property still listed in many booking websites.
The location is isolated, if you come here at the evening there is no choice but pay and stay. We can’t even call a car to go to other place.
The room is nightmare, bed smell like never changed pillows and mattress. Showers not even working. No electricity plug, no remote for air conditioner. Room very dirty and moles everywhere. No tower, nothing in the room.
Group of man play cards outside and speak whole night, I’m so concerned for my safety.
We left at first light in the morning.

Disuruh bayar lagi, harga tidak sesuai aplikasi.
Kamar pengap,
klo ga buka pintu, yakin aja kalau kalian bakal mati kehabisan napas.

Oh my God. I'm so sprry to give this review but I have to.
When we arrived there was no employee, they didn't even know we book it. Then, the owner start yelling at us and even trying to start a fight by throwing the keys to the table near my auntie and uncle. We are so scared that we just decided to leave. 100% not recommended. It's safer to just book the hotels. We are so ready to call the police, he threaten to hit us. Don't know the name, they said he was the owner of the land. Never coming back. I'm traumatized.

Pelayanan tidak ramah, akses sulit, kamar dari teras sudah kotor, dikasih kamar bekas, kasur berantakan kotor dan bertanah, basah, bocor, handuk bekas basah. Checkout langsung aja tidak menghargai tamu

Sangat senang menginap dsniii.wlopun tempat tersembunyi dgn harga sgitu worth it loh.kalo mw yg d pinggir jalan silahkan nginap d hilton saja.sudh murah, tpi bnyk mau ny.kamar bersih, kasur empuk, kamar mandi jga bersih, staff ramah, bisa sewa motor jga k mreka, bsa laundry jga.oke pokok nya buat kalian yg mw liburan yg hamya butuh utk tdur dan mandi.

Staff nya ramah2. Baik bgt. Kamar bersih bagus. Recommended trus dket pantai. Bisa naik motor aja.

Lokasi homestay kenangan ini cukup bagus karena masih bisa dimasuki oleh kendaraan sedang kalau untuk kendaraan besar belum bisa karena akses jalan menuju ke homestay kenanga cukup kecil, hanya bisa dilalui oleh satu kendaraan, tapi lokasi dan pelayanan cukup baik hanya perlu diperbaiki fasilitasnya yaitu selama menginap disana selama 6 malam, 2 malam supply air mati, sehingga membuat tidak nyaman ketika ingin ketoilet tidak ada air.
Harapan kami untuk hal tersebut supaya dijaga betul-betul agar supply air tidak sampai mati karena kenyamanan pengunjung akan tergaanggu

Servis sangat baik, ramah, dan bagus. Kualitas tempat tinggal juga bagus dengan akses ke wisata pantai yang dekat. Worth it!

Serem kalau malam, apalagi kalau sendirian.
