5 The worst experience of my life! Never go to this "hotel". At first everything seemed fine, but we quickly noticed that something was wrong. There was one man as a customer service representative who was very bothered when we asked to pay by card. However, the card payment was not successful, but this was just the beginning.
The real craziness only started when we got to our rooms. VERY old and dirty. But when we went to the bathroom we saw a very rusty and dirty towel rack that was almost off. I placed one (1) towel on the rack and the rack fell to the floor and fell apart. So the towel rack couldn't support the weight of one towel! Imagine!
When we were about to change accommodation, the customer service representative started accusing us of dropping the towel rack, even though it wasn't our fault. He accused us of being liars and demanded 500,000 rupees as payment. We were confused. Made from a broken towel rack. The customer service representative was very unfriendly and only communicated with her boss. The boss didn't want to talk to us even though we kept asking if it was possible. Finally we got the boss on the phone and he hung up the phone and threatened to report us to booking.com.
After two hours of accusations, we left the place and left 100,000 Rupiah with the customer service agent, even though he demanded 500,000 Rupiah.
NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. NEVER.
Dont visit here. The pool water was warm and slimy. Staff guy was not friendly at all.
Lower middle class there is no investment in towels or bed linen and the cleaning is poor
Quite controversial, but still a good guesthouse to recommend. I didn’t like only the kitchen, but everything else in terms of price / quality ratio was fine!

Do not rent here under any circumstances! Unfortunately the facility does not look anything like the photos. The rooms are dirty, full of hair and used toilet paper and everything is very run down. The bed linen was also used when we arrived. The owner threatened us when we complained, so we left immediately. In addition, he didn't even want to refund part of the money, even though we didn't stay a single night. It was a very scary situation that we would have liked to have avoided. Give this facility a wide berth!
