Optasal Boat public ferry

Not sure if it's really a public company. Because in fact all the agencies sell you tickets for boats that go back and forth every day. We all board the same boats in the end.
We had a round trip Sanur-Lembongan for 300k/pers

Great service. Great staff. Good prices.
You buy the ticket with them and they make you board on any company depending on the time schedule that fits best for you. For a round trip you have an open ticket. You come back when you want with the boat of your choice. Just let them know in advance and they sign you up with the company. Communication in English via whatsapp super fast. They answer all your questions.
I really recommend this service.

They’re good agent for now. They can selling ticket for all boat which is nice if you don’t have much time to find it. Also what I heard their ticket is available for comeback from penida or lembongan. Only using one ticket from them and you can back with any boats.
Just confirm with em from where you want to comeback and times.

They have 4 or 5 girls I think on duty infront of their office, which helpful for tourists. If you already booked just tell them name of your company. They will telling you where’s your boat leave, counter number, etc
The girls also becomes tourists information.

TOURIST ALERT! Avoid at all costs this company and guys in blue shirts! Send them away even If They follow you. They will bring you to other company and raise price by 100%. This company is some kind of mafia in the harbour because of their position on the corner.
Further more If you have ticket with other company but this guys broutght you there, If anything goes wrong (like our return ticket) Optasal won’t help at all, They closed all Windows in front of us, guys with optasal T-shirts literally ran away and phones were switched off. We paid 4x the price of the tickets because of this company with 0,00 customer service.

Never never never book with this company! The ticket we bought was a scam, we lost 1 600 000 Rps; the pier shuttle we were supposed to have did not even exist and when we asked them for help they just turned around and walked away. We didn’t even try and waited for the boat, we booked a new one because no one knew this company - all fake.

I was told that I can’t get in an earlier boat because it was too late (which was bulls**t) then I got booked on a boat at 9am or so I thought but the boat didn’t even come back until 9: 15. That means that by the time we were on the way it was 9: 40. I wasted over an hour waiting around then another hour on the boat. Never again! Terrible. Would not recommend!

We tried to get the tickets in the office in front of the port. The person in the office was really rude to us. We tried to bargain but he just ripped our tickets in front of our face. I would suggest not to take this boat. You can see that there is many people cueing, this is also why they go really packed in the boat and they don’t comply the timetables.
You can get better prices and treatment to other offices rather this one.
For sure WORST COMPANY we found during our trip.

It was our worst experience in 3 weeks travel in Bali. The guys of the public ferry sold us (a couple with 2 little kids) roundtrip tickets with completly fake schedules of 'Sanur-nusa Lambongan'. The departure must have been at 8: 30 while there was no public boat at 8: 30 am. We finally got the boat at 9: 30 am. Ok.we have wasted 1 hour. But at that time, we didn't know that we would have got through even more serious scam for return. Yes.there was no boat at 4pm. The last public boat for return was at 3: 30pm! They sold us the tickets for the boat which doesn't exist. We could not believe it! We could've been stuck in the island for the night! (Finally we got a speed boat of another company later. I won't complain that this boat brought us to a new Sanur harbour which was very far from the departure port.) Anyway, do not take the public speed boat in Sanur. Once again, they are total scams!

The place to buy tickets for Public boats from Sanur to Nusa Lambongan. Near Sanur beach and Grand Inna Beach Hotel.

We took the fast boat to Nusa Pedina. 200,000 rp one way or 350,000rp round trip. There is no pier here so you have to wade through the water to get to the boat. Staff are friendly and courteous but the boats are packed.

Prices are raising. Slow boat is Rp. 100,000. Speed boat is To. 200,000. There is Slow boat three times per week. Mon, Wed, Friday.
