Oil and Vinegar Bali

The service and food were amazing! The staff were personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Robert, the owner, made us feel especially welcomed. He took the time to answer our questions, speak with us about his journey as a chef, he was super accommodating, and made excellent recommendations. We were in Bali for a week and ate here twice (dinner & lunch). It was that good. If you're anywhere near Jimbaran, Bali, I highly recommend that you visit Oil & Vinegar. We adventured a lot in Bali and this was definitely a highlight.

Delicious food, friendly staff. We came across the restaurant on our last trip to Bali earlier this year. Disappointed it’s temporarily closed during our current trip (Sept. 3023), but hopeful the restaurant is open again soon. Highly recommended!

One of this western crazy driver just acting crazy in Ubud today and make a big fuss on the road while pressing his car horn along the Ubud road and pointing HIS middle finger to every single riders and drivers. The audacity of this man! USING THIS COMPANY car lol. I hope you get your sanity soon. Karma does exist bro.

Was told by the chef/proprietor that this is the last day this restaurant will be open as they have gone out of business. A real pity because the food is really good and the ambience is great too. A shame that’s it’s closing down today.

I visited for lunch, and for 100,000 IDR, you can have a hearty meal with salad and soup, and the food is delicious.
The menu was different from dinner, so I wanted to visit in the evening, but it was very unfortunate that the schedule did not match.
The 'Lamb' Borghini Burger is a great choice if you don't have an objection to the flavor of lamb.
If you have kids, you must try the French fries!

In addition, the chef was kind, so the 1-hour lunch was very enjoyable.

This has become one of my fav place to dine. The place is comfortable and has a choice of AC indoor and outdoor area. The food i tried were in perfection, the taste, the presentation, the portion are really good. The price is reasonably ok, spend about 300K for each person with a lot of good quality food i think it is worth it. Between 2 person, we ordered about 6 variaties tapas

The staff are really friendly and accomodating and the good thing that it has parking even small but enough for 3 cars.

Place was great and he food was awesome. The owner was very kind and helpful in selecting delicious meals. Staff and cooks really know how to run a great restaurant. Wish I could have eaten here more.

We came at lunch time, the food choices is limited.they told will have more choices starting 3pm about. The place is cozy, for the foods we ordered a pakage of burger & sandwich included salad & soup for 100k+ and its worth it. Also small bite of (forgot the name) toasted bread with the hazelnut nut & stiltone blue cheese on the side.the taste was very good, the blue cheese was so tasty but sadly we got only 2 very small slice of bread and thats not enough until we still have the dipping left that which is rare, usually for this kind of snack the bread who's left. Until the waiter came and asking us to get more bread and for sure we tell yes without thinking. But at the end we got charged for that 4 small slice of bread extra at 25k+ (sadly we didnt took the pics), been surprised because we didn't get info that it charge at the first place. For us it's ok, just the fact that we just got offered to get more bread (as the other place did but mostly free) at the end we must pay it without information in advance. Probably someday will try to come at dinner time.

There are many places to eat in Bali, but one we highly recommend is Oil and Vinegar in Jimbaran. Fresh squeezed juices and smoothies to help recover from jet lag and heat, a set lunch menu which includes sandwich, soup and salad for 100, and lots of tapas items and meal choices for dinner. Food is tasty, fresh and calls for another visit. We were pleased to have met and chatted with the owner and chef Robert, a delight. We will be back. ;-)

Had an amazing dinner at oil and vinegar. The beef brisket was incredible and the craft beer on tap was a nice surprise. The owner was very nice and made sure everything was to our liking. Finished off the dinner with a fantastic creme brulee and cheesecake. Will definitely come back next time we are in Jimbaran area

Yesterday we had dinner in this restaurant and it was a very good experience. The food delicious, the service friendly and efficient and good value for money. For sure we will come back to this place.

We had a lovely team night out. The tapas and local cheese plate is insane. My husband had paella and creme brulee- sooo good! Definitely more upmarket than most restaurants in this area.

So one of our friends have seen this amazing place on TripAdvisor and she went there to have lunch. After her lunch, we HAD to go there for the dinner. It was one of the best decisions we made in Uluwatu. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff is really friendly and helpful and the manager himself came to say hi, to make sure our experience is the best that it could be and extra, he gave us some tips and tricks for the following week in Bali. Talking about the food, the textures were perfect, we had paella, pappardelle pasta and kimchi hotpot. I absolutely loved the pasta, they were filled with tasty vegetables all covered in a pesto sauce. We accompanied the food with few glasses of wine and finished the dinner in big style, with the most delicious desserts we ate in Indonesia. The crème brûlée was the best we’ve ever eaten. It’s a must on your bucket list if you’re passing this part of Bali?

One of the best meals I’ve had in five visits to Bali. Amazing produce, friendly owner and staff and great drinks.

I had the best lunch of my life. I’ve been to Bali seven times from Perth Australia. The cheese on the panini sandwich was unbelievable and made locally. Dewi my waitress was incredibly and she showed me huge watermelons. Thank you I will be back.

Delicious slow cooked goat curry (local and western food) Very good range of prices. 10/10 would eat again
