33Fantastic all round! Beautiful setting. And delicious fresh seafood. Definitely will be back
I can’t comment on the food as I did not eat here but I fell off my scooter nearby and the women were so lovely and helped me get to the nurse, I appreciated the kindness so much, incredibly lovely people!
Ate here at lunch after a day of driving, the food was delicious and well priced, they charged us wrong on the bill but was easily fixed.
Great lunch will be back.
We ate very well. We brought our own fish that we had caught a few days before. The chef prepared it for us Bali style. The restaurant even seems to attract local people. In addition, the owner offered to take us back to our hotel for free after dinner.
CAUTION - AVOID BY ALL COST TO AVOID FOOD POISONING - EVEN IF YOU ARE STARVING!
We came here due to the good reviews and ordered a calamari and a snapper.
After seing soooo many flies around and after being on toilet that was super disgusting without a flush, I kindly asked if the snapper is from yesterday or today. She answered yesterday. I asked did you keep it in the refrigerator. She answered no, we don't have a refrigerator. After she saw my shocked face, she said don't worry, we put ice on it over night. I kindly asked that I have a upset stomach and if she could exchange it with Nasi Goreng. She answered, she will check with the cook. A few minutes later she came to the table and answered that I should not worry, the snapper is from today morning. I didn't want to be rude and said ok, thank you (my mistake).
After we received our food we got attacked by literally 100 flies. We simply couldn't eat our food so we stood up. She saw that and brought burning coffee against the flies, so we returned back to the table. After the first bight we noticed that the calamari and the snapper are for sure not fresh. They tasted disgusting!
So we stood up and went to the counter. I said sorry, the food is not fresh and we cannot eat it. And added I would like to pay. She asked if she should pack the food. I answer no, we would just like to pay.
Finally, she charged us the full amount and apologized for the flies.
We have been here in Indonesia now since a month and we have been to many other places in Asia and Africa. I have never experienced anything awful as this.
SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL COST.
The original Nyoman’s (and so much better than the other one). This was by far our best meal in lembongan. We had grilled jacket fish, grilled calamari, and fish curry. Everything was a 10/10. The seasoning on their grilled seafood is perfect and doesn’t overpower it at all and the real star of the show is the sambal that comes on the side.
BEAUTIFUL view! Really enjoyed our experience there. Best time to go is definitely sunset - what a view of the ocean, the volcano, the sinking sun and a gorgeous soft sunset.
The food was good! We had the seafood nasi goreng, the grilled calamari and the cap cay. The cap cay was delicious (needed a bit more soy sauce in my opinion but other than that it was full of delicious veggies). The grilled calamari was a bit tough, but it was tasty. In hindsight we would have ordered the snapper as it was a bigger portion and just looked really beautiful and delicious when we saw others eat it! The nasi campur was good, we added some more soy sauce which made it great! Nice to have a different kind of nasi goreng to the usual chicken or just veg one.
Also, VERY attentive staff and very friendly owner. We were getting bitten by mosquitos and without even having to ask, the waitress brought out some mozzie spray.
Du poisson c'est bon!
Thon, poisson frais, crevettes et calamars grillés, on s'est régalé.
"Putu" à été aux petits soins pour nous avec son sourire naturel.
Spot sympa, simple et familial, avec une partie donnant sur la plage. A recommander
Owner is super nice and local guy just making a humble living as a fisherman. Really nice and provides fishing trips!
First full moon party! Good people and drinks and bonfire. Live dj and dance floor. Starts at 11pm and goes until you can party anymore. Nice place to experience a nice locals and melting pot for tourist!
Dinner time at Nyoman Guest house & Warung. We had two fresh snapper, lobster, grilled mussels, tuna sate and pork ribs.
All food was well prepared and tasty. The bumbu for the fish was not so nice.
The service is verrrryyyyy…slow, but friendly.
They charge extra 5% for credit card payment. That is just over the top. Otherwise the prices are fair.
Interior design is simple, but sufficient.
I’d definitely come back.
Amazing food with fresh fish and complementary watermelon for dessert, everything is homemade. The staff is attentive and they even offered us a small firework on the beach. We went there twice and both time it was an incredible experience
Perfekt zum Fisch essen. Der ganze Tuna und der gegrillte Calamaris waren perfekt.
Zur Vorspeise hatten wir Calamaris Ringe und Garnelen. Alles frisch und selbstgemacht, nur zu empfehlen!
Very nice meal and beautiful location. One of my favourites in Lembongan. Great value seafood meal
We went two nights in a row. The location on the beach is amazing. I ate the jacket fish and the fish in banana leaf. Both were incredible! Staff lovely too an cheaper than the similar fish grills in town.
Best prawns I have ever eaten, so delicious! Satay was amazing, also best flavour I have eaten so far.we will be back to continue trying other delicious morsels from this lovely place on the island sand. Thank you for sharing your gift of yummy, authentic food
One of the better seafood traditional style in Lembongan. The fish wrapped in leaves was so good. The rest of the fish grilled very well-done (aka. Cooked till it is dry but that’s probably how the local style is traditionally cooked.)
Fish wrapped in banana leaf was really good, we both got that. Spring rolls were quite tasty, too. Lemon-ginger tea was outstanding.
Staff was great; we got there a bit late, and didn't finish our meal until 10 minutes after closing, but they were still very gracious, all smiles.
Definitely going back again
We asked for a plate with Tuna, jacket fish, snapper, calamari and shrimps. We had to pay 240 k for it. We asked for the tuna to be medium, but all fish was too long on the BBQ and a bit dry.
We only got one plate with rice and vegetables. After ordering additional vegetables they charged us additional 15 k.
If we would have ordered all the meals separate the table would have been full of food plus side dishes.
The ratings here were maybe putting my expectations too high, but the jacket fish was definitely not fresh. Was smelling extremely fishy.
Sorry, but for us this was not more than 3 stars.
Restaurant with good variety. I had grilled tuna, it was just ok. For me it should have been juicier, maybe grilling temp not correct.
