I highly recommend Alex and his computer repair services in particular. I was recently traveling in the area when my laptop suddenly died and would not power back up. Alex was extremely quick, diligent, and truly saved the day in my case. He even helped me by loaning me another machine while he repaired mine so I had no lapse in computer access. Ive had my over heating desktop computer looked at and repaired in relatively short time.now after a couple hours of testing after getting my desktop back it works wonderfully once again.

Alex has been my go-to guy in Bali for over seven years covering pretty much anything tech, especially for the various apple product issues I have had over that time. He has a fantastic breadth of knowledge which, couple with his honesty and frankness, makes him an invaluable service to have available. As a bit of a tech-head myself, i cannot recommend Nyama Bali SOHO strongly enough!

My MacBook adaptor’s duck head had a minor issue. While I was looking to replace the entire adaptor and other shops told me the head couldn’t be replaced or fixed, Alex was honest, helpful and friendly and gave me careful, sincere advice. This means a lot. Thank you.

I had a great experience getting my Asus repaired after I spilled a tiny bit of water on the keyboard that could have been a disaster. Alex answered my WhatsApp first thing in the morning and though he opens the shop only by appointment, he is very quick and responsive to inquiries.

You can tell he genuinely loves his work and because I don't really speak Bahasa Indonesia, especially about technical stuff - it was so easy to communicate because he speaks English fluently. He is kind, funny, professional and an absolute expert. Go there for anything about computers, he's honest, competent, and fair and if he will help you fix your device or find a solution.

I'm very pleased with Alex's work. Having backup data and reformatting my external harddrive only took overnight. All the files are intact. Will come to him if I have problem with my notebook regardless of OS

A little expensive, but here your MacBook can be fixed if official service asks to replace main logic board for a much more money.

Alex was incredibly helpful diagnosing my computer. Took the time to explain everything and in the end when repairs were not worth the cost of the computer, he was honest and let me know. Highly recommend.

Alex is the professional I was looking for! With a serious issue of logic board degradation of my macbook pro which stoped working entirely he managed to fix my laptop for less than quoted. Apple would have suggested replacing the laptop entirely no doubt. If you have any Tech issues i would highly recommend going to Alex. A true specialist and all round nice guy!

Quite terrible service, cleaning for laptop 500k - 2m. Rp, wont tell you beforehand what exactly it costs even if you give him the exact model. Price is literally 4x what others charge. ICT Bali charges 150-250k and has better service

Add. 2 things, me not letting you work on my laptop had nothing to do with covid but rather you giving a 500k-2m price range which is ridiculous. I dont drive 16 km, twice, just to find out the price. The range is just far too big, 500k x 4 is 2m. The reason I didnt come is because you couldn't identify a 30% range, you identified a 400% range.

The second thing. Why do you compare labour cost from Austria with Bali? Do you have the same cost of living as well? Basic income on Bali is 2m, in Austria its 30m just for your information but its completely irrelevant. The price should simply be based on your time no matter where the customer comes from because we dont earn Austrian salaries here.

I highly recommend this company. I had a lenovo laptop with multiple faults. The intro and initial diagnosis was superb. The engineer literally talks you through his fault finding process and then gives multiple options in technical and prices. Repair was done in a timely manner at a fair price for quality. An honest and pleasant businessman that speaks english fluently and knows the value of his service and commodities. I came looking for a 20 meter LAN cable. He only had a cheap cable of that length in stock and told me to expect low quality and non-refundable, before purchase. If I could wait for it he offered to order a better one for me, but I didn't have the time. If I need anything else I am definitely coming back.
