Awful customer service. We used for a taxi a couple of times and then when we tried to book one and they weren’t available for 20 mins and we found one immediately on the street (small kids who needed to go to bed) and politely cancelled he abused my wife with swear words and threats. DO NOT USE THEM!

Fantastic snorkling trip. We had paid 6x the price for the same trip the day before from BALI with a lot less time in the water. This trip was fantastic, plenty of time in the water and the captain definately knows how to find the Manteray!

We got picked up at our hotel at 5: 30 am to go trolling. When we arrived, the guide didn’t say a word to us the entire time. When we got on the boat he didn’t give us any instructions or say anything for the entire 2 hours we were on the boat. He casted out the lines, handed us the fishing poles and began to drive the boat. Still not any word from him.
We didn’t catch anything which was okay, however
We had been communicating with the company for a few days beforehand and they didn’t tell us until after we were back from fishing that it was the off season for trolling and the worst month to go.
Had they told us, we would have chosen another type of fishing that was 500k less.
Extremely disappointed after paying 1.500k
