Nusa Medica Clinic & Pharmacy

The medical centre took great care with my sun who had heat stroke. They were so caring and considerate. 100% plus recommend. They even helped us back to our accommodation.

Very expensive and for tourists, if you fall down on a motorbike on the island, don't come here. The doctor here will charge at least two million rupees for medicines and bandages. The nurse is very unprofessional and will accidentally drop the equipment on the floor and then pick it up and continue to use it on you. If you just want to clean and bandage the wound, I suggest you ask the locals to go to a hospital 350M away from here. The total fee is about 300,000 rupees.

Doctors are very responsible. My ears were blocked due to swimming, and the doctor cleaned them immediately.very good

I had to visit the emergency center because of an ear infection, and the staff & doctor were very friendly, helpful and spoke very good English.
I didn’t have a long waiting time, was thoroughly examined and I could get the medicine for my treatment right there.
Even afterwards, the staff was reaching out to check if I was better, and they were answering questions.
Hope you don’t have to go there ;-) but if you need to, don’t hesitate!

Professional and kind. I went to check my blocked ear after free diving. They provided me with antibiotic ear drops.

Company wanted to charge me 11.000.000, insane amount of money for some tests, antibiotics and an infusion with vitamins. Without the infusion it was still 4.300.000. Don’t go there as a tourist they will rip you off!

Best Choice if you are in Nusa Penida! Doctor is super friendly and explain you everything in Detail! Ask if you have Questions.
Also I didn't had to wait long. The whole team is super friendly.

My husband dislocated his shoulder while swimming. The doctors and full staff at the clinic were really wonderful and took great care of him and of me in the ~4 hours we were here. Many thanks to them!

Had an accident that resulted in a couple of small but deep wounds in the legs. Upon arrival here just am hour later, the whole conversation revolved around how much money they wanted to charge instead of what needed to be done. In the end, they cleaned up the wounds, recommended calling a doctor which I agreed to, and the doctor just looked a few seconds and said everything looked fine and a plaster was enough.
Unfortunatelly, they did nothing else, and one the wounds got severly infected, the leg swell significantly and I was in constant pain, for which I had to run to the emergency room in a hospital in Bali. The doctors there were appalled that no one in this clinic had prescribed or recommended me any oral antibiotics or antitetanus shots, given the context of the wound.

Abysmal professionalism.

The staff were amazing and so helpful and kind. Everything was spelt out to us before treatment.

I was very happy and felt very comfortable being treated here! I was treated for an eye infection and the doctor and also all the staff took a lot of time, explained everything very thorough to me and that made me feel good. Thanks a lot, truly recommend if you need to see a doctor on nusa penida!

I can highly recommend Nusa Medica Clinic if you need medical treatment in Nusa Penida. I got really sick and stayed at the clinic for several nights. I received very good treatment, the doctors were competent and nurses were super helpful and lovely. Thank you again for all the help and all the best in future!

Doctors and nurses are so kind and go above and beyond to help you, even though we are just tourists! I saw Dr komand on the 27 December night time and all of the nurses were amazing and very good at what they do. You are in safe hands here.
