We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during our tour and had high expectations. Let's start with the positives:
- fantastic view from the rooms
- shuttle service to restaurants (and city but not done)
- beautiful swimming pool
- helpful staff: they gave tips of restaurants where it was good.

Cons:
- outdated bathroom and no hot water
- we wanted to take a walk to restaurants, but the hotel is located along a very busy, dangerous street where you just cannot go for a walk.
- they have a restaurant but don't promote it, there is also no cat.
- no possibility to drink something at the pool, no bar. You really have to go in and find someone and ask for a drink.
- no beach
- abandoned feeling.
- we each got an egg with vegetables in it for breakfast. We asked to get one for our 5 year old daughter without the vegetables but was not possible at first “1 egg per person”. Finally got another one.

We were a bit disappointed in this hotel. It gets 3.5/5 because the view and friendliness of staff meant a lot to us.

Nice location but the rooms are outdated. Our booked room did not resemble anything: dark, dingy, small, no sockets, broken lighting, the overall condition of the hotel is very poor. If you ask for another room, even though there were only 4 guests staying in the hotel, this was only possible with an additional charge. Pity. The staff is very friendly, but in my opinion it is a faded glory.

Very nice, small-scale hotel (+/- 15 rooms), with a fantastic view of the sea, surrounded by palm trees in the garden. Rooms are neat and spacious. Enough space on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful view. Nice swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the water. Staff is very friendly and arranges everything you need (taxi, laundry service, massage). Had a lesser experience at the restaurant once because we had to wait an hour and a half for our food, but also had lunch 2 times and then both service and quality were just fine. The town itself is not much.

A nice old hotel.
An excellent service with a shuttle bus into the city (free of charge) and warm staff who do everything possible to fulfill the wishes of the guests.
The direct beach section urgently needs to be cleaned and permanently freed from rubbish.

Nugraha Lovina Seaview resort is a lovely hide away. With a goregeous seaview, tropical garden and swimmingpool. The staff is very cooperative and friendly. The boat to see the dolphins is picking you up in front of the hotel. Thanks to our boatdriver the kids had a fun time because we also went additional snorkling. And they were allowed to hang on his boat. The rooms were a bit outdated but clean. A lovely place in Lovina to take a break during your Bali trip.

This is a great place to stay and relax in Lovina. Yes, the building is dated, but considering how hard COVID impacted them, it is very hard to make any updates, so please ignore the negative comments and stay as it was clean and pleasant.

We had breakfast every morning on the boardwalk at the water and drinks and occasionally food in the evening there watching the sunset.

All rooms have a balcony facing the ocean, and it is lovely and quiet. Watching the fishermen and boats is so enjoyable.

The staff absolutely make up for the older building. You could not ask for more friendly and helpful staff. It is about 5 minutes' drive from main Lovina, but they will drive you in and bring you back whenever you like with a quick message through WhatsApp. It was never a problem, and being out of the hustle and bustle was worthwhile.

Old Hotel, but well maintained. Room was clean and aircond was working well. All the rooms have balcony with beach view. No TV channels, slow Wifi. Standard breakfast. But the price was cheap, really worth it.

An beautiful place to stay the view of flat water of the sea going out over the horizon.

The room has comfortable. Bet was nice. Great water pressure in the shower and a balcony with an unforgettable view.

The 4 stars are for the nice staff that walk around. They want to do everything for you. They also want to bring you somewhere else with their car, but only in Lovina. The rooms are okay, nice enough. The hotel is located at a busy road, but you can make the sound less with the glass door in the room. The seaview is very nice. It felt like we were the only people in the hotel. The first few days there was a buffet for breakfast and the last day it was a la carte.

Semua kamar yg ada di hotel ini adalah seaview. Suasana disekitar cukup tenang meskipun hotelnya ada di pinggir jalan, tp jendela mengarah ke laut suara kendaraan lewat tdk terdengar sm skali. Cukup nyaman. Wkt sy menginap hanya ada 4 atau 5 kmr yg terisi. Meskipun begitu ttp ada buffet saat sarapan, meskipun menu besarnya disediakan ala Carte. Suka sekali dg suasana sunyi di hotel krn hiruk pikuk pekerjaan ditengah kota jd memang butuh ketenangan. Hanya suara ombak yg terdenger. Semua staf ramah dan greeting. Kebersihan juga terjaga. Terlihat sekali meskipun hotel ini tidak baru tp fasilitas hotel sangat terlihat dirawat dg baik.

Lokasi pinggir jalan raya, parkiran luas, staff sangat baik, ramah dan membantu, sarapan enak, kamar bersih baik kamar mandi, trmpat tdur, peralatan makan, smuaa bersih, dan view sunrise dan sunset kliat jelas bgt dari dalam kamar, dan ada akses private beach

Sangat worth dengan view langsung ke pantai

Kelebihan:
- View bagus
- Pool cukup luas
- Kamar rapi dan nyaman karena pakai karpet
- Balkon nyaman
- Breakfast Buffet / Prasmanan (juice semangka dan rotinya mantap)
- Staffnya ramah-ramah

Kekurangan:
- Wifi hotel di kamar sinyalnya sangat kecil, kalo mau kenceng harus di lobi hotelnya
- Kurang stop kontak untuk cas hp di dekat tempat tidur

Exceptional customer service by entire team. Polite staff with big smiles and willingness to help at all times is worth mentioning. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Cleanliness is exceptional. Beautiful garden and well maintained pool. Rooms were super clean with good bedding, pillows and clean sheets. View from room overlooking ocean was fantastic. Without hesitation we would book again for our next visit to Lovina.
