The hotel is comfortable with large bathrooms and terraces. Sheets and towels are changed every day. It's very clean. The breakfast is varied and rich. There is gluten free food and lots of tropical fruits. The staff is very attentive.

We recently enjoyed 7 nights at the Novotel Bali Benoa as a family of four, two adults and two children under 12. We met extended family at the resort for a family holiday. Five adults and five children altogether. Firstly I would like to send my sincerest gratitude to the Balinese staff. You made us feel at home & welcome and the grounds are pristine always. Davy, the manager, was truly amazing and helped to accomodate our family to be together.
The buffet each morning was dream worthy and the pool kept in perfect condition. The pool looks out over the ocean and you can view lots of water sports going on and even count the planes coming in to land at Denpasar airport (there is no noise pollution with either). We didn’t swim in the ocean in this part of Nusa Dua. The ocean in front of the resort is netted off but the water is still polluted.
The resort itself is broken into two parts by a busy road. One side is the resort side with bars, pools, the restaurants, kids club, the beauty spa room, gym and accomodation. The other side of the resort is accomodation and a pool with bar. When you book, make sure you book your accommodation on the beach side, especially if you have kids. We had that confusion and absolutely did not want to be separated from the rest of the family and the resort features by a busy road. Once again, thank you Davy for accommodating us.
Unfortunately Novotel Bali Benoa is positioned outside of the Nusa Dua gated community and it feels like you’re in the run down side of town. COVID must have been nasty to this community because the Novotel is surrounded by closed, overgrown resorts. Thankfully there is still a few restaurants within walking distance and the restaurants we visited were fantastic and authentic.
The buffet dinners at the resort were $55 Australian a head. Not the price you expect to pay in Bali or for children who will only eat a small amount. The cocktails also averaged $12 plus tax. The resort did have nightly entertainment which can be enjoyed by the restaurant or poolside. I would definitely recommend Novotel Bali Benoa to anyone happy to stay within the resort grounds or willing to get drivers. Once again, the staff made our visit!

Wonderful staff, helpful and friendly. The food was above expectation and we really did not have a bad meal the entire week. Slightly slow on occasion at Coco's, but the wait was always worth it. Highly recommended the lamb curry for lunch. We stayed in a Tropical Terrace Beach Side Room. The rooms were as pictured and comfortable. Some small attention to detail in the room maintenance will do well to ensure a 5star rating. Room service was 24hours, quicker than expected and also very decent. Softer, larger more luxurious bathroom towels would be welcomed and the toiletries provided are great. The resort size if fair and split in two sides on either side of the road with pools on both sections. The resort was relatively quiet while we were there and very enjoyable, however I do feel if it was very busy, the availability of seating for meals, pool access and sunloungers at the pools may be limited. All said, we would happily stay here again. Keep up the good work Novotel Benoa.

I've been stayed in 3 nights, it's a good place for me and my kids.good impression came from the staff were just so lovely and helpfull. I think the food was great too.i will recommend this hotel to every couple and families.pretty sure i will come back again when i'm visit to bali.

We stayed here for 4 nights with other family members. The hotel is stunning, with a lot of care and attention to everything. Right from the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with comfortable bed, lots of pillows, a huge sofa, writing desk etc. The balcony had very comfortable loungers. The bathroom and dressing area had lots of room, with nice toiletries. Plenty of bottled water was also provided. The breakfasts choices were vast and delicious. It was also stunning in the evening to sit outside amongst all the garden lamps. The Bar was a fabulous place for a drink and light snack or meal. The staff were lovely. We had a few treatments at the spa which we enjoyed a lot.a beautiful property with excellent service. We would have been happy to have stayed a few more nights! Definitely worth a return trip and recommended highly.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was amazing I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent from check in to check out. We have stayed in many accor hotels around the world and in our opinion, this is their top hotel. The Staff extremely friendly, care and full of attention.especially the Housekeeping Staff, the have good hospitality and well trained. Rooms kept extremely clean and replenished daily with plenty of water and toiletries. Bed very comfortable and specious. Quite simply but perfect. Can't wait to come back again next year.

Perfect resort in perfect location if you want to stay away from the hustle bustle of Seminyak area. The resort was amazing. Stayed there last week and I couldn’t complain! The room was spacious with international amenities, great staff! Very attentive and personalized service, excellent food at the restaurant. And did I mention the swimming pools? My kids went crazily happy in the pools, while i was lounging with great cocktails. Overall it was a great stay, great value for money and super awesome for family. I would definitely go back!

Lively little resort right on the beach. Can't get enough of the sun, surf and service. Facilities slightly dated but no complaints here.

Great place, i like the traditional room and facilities, and then the room is nice, so clean and tidy.

Lovely place to stay. We had B &B and the breakfast is plenty, caters for everyone. Will be coming here again
