You leave your laundry and payment at the reception of your hotel, and your finished laundry will be returned to your hotel on the same day. It folds up nicely and I'm satisfied.

Compared to 5 years ago (Summer 2018), the price seems to have doubled. I didn't ask exactly, but maybe 25k/kg. If you walk for 2 minutes, there are many places for 15k/kg including delivery.
The hotel delivery in the evening of the day was also forgotten, so I contacted them and had them brought to me at noon the next day. I wonder if there were too many customers.

Organised for free pick up of laundry (just needed to walk it out past security gate of hotel). All done in 3 hours. Excellent communication and clothes beautifully washed. Thanks Nikki!

The service delivered was excellent but I did get my laundry done very close to my accommodation after Nikki's and found that was just as good, picked up 3hrs after dropping off and only $4 for 3kg.

Horror. They ruined things. They charge more than others. Kilogram 35k. In other places 20k.

I gave 2 packages:
One should be washed and dried, the other should only be washed and NOT dried. He focused attention on this and said that it was very important.

It rained all night and all the next day, I came in the evening to pick up my things to dry them at the hotel. But they turned out to be perfectly dry, which I didn’t like. How were they able to dry them without spinning them in the washing machine?

I came to the hotel room - all my things from the bag, which could not be wrung out, became 1-2 sizes smaller.

Swinely and devil-may-care attitude.

Could not recommend anywhere else to go for your laundry

Today I used Nikki for our laundry. I messaged her this morning and she replied promptly and picked up our laundry from our hotel. We then got our money with the receptionist and picked up our laundry tonight. Our laundry smelt amazing and was packaged/folded perfectly.

2. Clothes are not tidy

3. Clothes are not ironed all. Just few clothes get ironed.

Had a last minute laundry request. Went to Nikki Spa and Laundry at late night. Needed it the next day, picked up at 12am next morning. All is done. All cloth neatly folded, placed into separate bags. Smells very nice! The best price for an amazing service!
