Night Market ulasan
31Traditional night market in Nusa Penida. There are several stands from which to eat all the different typical Balinese foods. Sate and fried dishes are recommended.
There are a lot of dogs hanging around
The tacos are a little overated, there is not much chicken
The mie nasi are good and quite spicy
Lamb skewers were not good at all
It is a very very small market with non veg eateries. Local flavour. I expected it to be a huge market, it was a little disappointing specially because I am vegetarian
Nice place where we’ve been eating during our 4 nights stay in Nusa Penida. I really like the martabak but my favourite place was in the right corner where we had a glass noodles and Mie Goreng cooked by lovely Lady.
The Night Market is a great places for travellers to meet people from different places around the World. This is priceless experience.
Don’t hesitate to go and try local food in there. Prices are really good and everything tastes great. If you’re not sure what is what the local People are more than happy to help you and to talk to you.
Go there if you want some local dishes at a small price and feel the local vibes =)
Be aware that you might be charged more than locals. I think it's not okay, but it's still very affordable, like 1-1,5$ per dish!
Good vegetarian options (though you may not be able to be sure there’s no shrimp paste/etc). Had delicious nasi campur with eggplant, tempeh, spinach, and a couple other dishes.
Managed to get a decent and great value vegan meal here. We had rice, tofu/tempeh, and eggplant for 2 people. Cost 52k.
Sate & gule kambing enak.
Ramai dan banyak pilihan disini ada martabak, ayam lalapan, soto, ikan, gorengan, bubur dll
Looking for dinner with local content, sate, bakso, pecel lele, gule, martabak, gorengan, bubur ayam, soto, etc
Delicious typical food at good price. Nice vibes and the people really kind. What I loved the most: sate ayam
OK food with cheap price. But maybe because I'm domestic traveler.
Beware of price gouging for foreigners, always ask for price before ordering anything.
They are not even trying to hide the fact that you'll be overpriced just because you are a foreigner. Two different price lists, one for locals, another one for stupid tourists. Don't let them overcharge you.
Great place for really really local food. Had grilled stick, fried noodles, fried rice noodles and lamb soup here. Must visit if you want a taste of local stuff.
Malam " hari sambil menikamti wedang jae, coconut, snak dll sangat indah sambil ngobrol sama teman
Avoid if you are a tourist. Very hostile attitude there. First satay ayam stall I went to the guy asked me if I wanted some, I nodded and replied yes please. Waiting for a while during which time he was serving other locals, I turned round to see where my order was and the guy was just sitting down looking at me. Annoyed, I went to another one advertising sate ayam, the man cooking the food asked if I wanted some, I said yes and asked how much and he said 10,000. The lady who runs the stall started shouting at him then started shouting at me angrily “hello, hello, you want sate, you pay 20,000”, so basically doubled the price because I’m not a local. If they had told me that price from the start, I wouldn’t know any better but these people here clearly don’t like tourists and feel like we should pay twice as much as locals. I just left and got my sate fix from a roadside stall down the road.
Muter disini utk dpt pengalaman makanan lokal dari sate ayam, pecel lele, ayam, ikan, bubur ayam dan kacang ijo, berbagai gorengan, gado2 sampai bakso babi, sate babi ada tersedia. Harga dari 10rb. Kalo ke Nusa Penida jgn lupa kesini ya, org lokal menyebut nya Senggol.
Unglaublich gutes essen in uriger atmosphäre waren dort jeden tag essen bei jedem standt war das essen besser wie in den warungs oder restaurants ps: gönnt euch das unten fotographirte gericht als süßspeisen mega lecker
This night market is quite small but there are some menu. I love the satay and the chicken soup. It has nice tasty.
Small square with some decent local food. Mutarbak and ais campur are good. So is the salad thing that's similar to gado gado.
