The devices aren't really that good. Our microphone really wasn't of good quality. We also had some technical problems. The service is top. Everyone very nice. Price also cheap.

Tempat nya sih enak buat nyanyi2 sama teman2 melepas kan suara yg ga begitu bagus ini.tapi sayang nya tempat nya bau asap rokok.trus ac nya juga ga dingin.

Huge selection of songs, nice equipment and service was fast. Only downside was the AC was a little too cold for us, but we also didn't ask to turn it down, so still 5/5

3tahun lalu pernah kesini, nggak enak banget, kmaren iseng2 pengen cobain lagi ternyata masih sama, untuk bass dll tidak bisa diatur kecuali volume musik dan Mike, padahal ditempat lain bisa, kata yang jaga tidak bisa

Kecewa banget sama pelayan nav kuta, belum juga masuk room sudah di itung waktu nya. Terus waktu kita belum sejam sudah mati, yang lebih parah tax nya di hitung perjam! Room Rp. 90.000 tambah tax perjam jadi Rp. 110.000 hitung aja kalo kita karoke 3 jam? Hadeuh yang tadi nya mau happy2 jadi pulang badmood

Mahal tax nya rampok pantesan sepi ga ada, waktu nya juga ga akurat tiba Tiba mas 5 menit lagi kita timer padahal loh hati hati

Very old and doesn't seem clean. They didn't show is the room, we had to find it on our own, and do the setup ourselves like light, AC, mic.we asked for non smoking, they said ok, but then the room had a big ashtray in the table. Really Dodgy place I will not go again and don't recommend.

Karoke terganyamannnn, service kurang.dan harganya mahal menurut gue, belum juga masuk ke room jam nya udah di itung, terus kalo belum waktunya belum sesuai dengan jam nya udah dimatiin

Just now, they stop the last song before it ends. They never did this before! It was the last song, so rude! Shame on them!

Went here with my friend to spend time waiting for my other friend. It's afternoon and we get discounted price for 2 hrs.
Small room can only filled by 2 people.
The sound of the mic is horrible, it's echoed so bad. Also I tried to call the waiter to order some drink but they never come, I had to walk to the front desk to order it. And wifi password is only given when you ask.

Koleksi lagu tidak update.lagu lama semuanya.jadi tambah boring.sistem putar musik eror eroran. Mic jorok. Kira kira klo kasi peneman BIR.masa krupuk tuk makan nasi goreng. Di depan gak jelasin penemannya apa.gak bisa bayar pakai debit.

Started 15 mins late because of faulty equipment/ time taken to get in room but wasn’t given the extra time back. (So got 15 mins less then I paid for)

Good music selection though

My wife and I stopped here to sing a few songs to kill time. We ordered two separate drinks but the lady gave us a pitcher of long island ice tea even though we denied it at the counter. My wife never got her drink. The first room we were given did not have working AC. We were moved to a second room. That room had a broken mic. When we brought it to the staff's attention one of the workers came in and worked on it for a good 25 minutes. He kept leaving the room and left the door wide open each time. Very rude and totally wasted our time from karaokeing peacefully in private. On top of that, he remained in the room while we were trying to sing. Some of the song lyrics were incorrect, something I have never seen before. The mic and sound system had a very loud buzzing and static noise. Overall, the whole experience was very negative. I would not come here again or recommend it to anyone.
