Really great appointment, the reason why i gave 4 stars is cuz my friends nail was a bit wobbly and it fell right after but my nail tech was great its still glued on

I’ve been getting my nails done here on and off for a year now and price is great, nails are great (I always get French) but the admin and booking system is just awful. My nail broke the other day and it took them 6 days to reply to me, I can’t go into the salon to get it fixed without a code as I’ll get sent away. Once I did come in to get it fixed, it took 45 minutes to fix 1 nail, my full set took an hour the week before. I’m just super disappointed at the service lately: (

Not recommended, saya datang di hari Minggu dari awal pengerjaan therapis nya sangat tidak tau apa yang dia kerjakan sampai saya dapat hasil yang sangat jelek. Di hari Senin kuku saya terkelupas dan saya beritahu mereka dan mereka menyuruh untuk memperbaiki ke studio dan bertanya waktu ketika saya akan berkunjung. Di kemudia hari juga cat kuku saya terkelupas sampai 5 jari tetapi mereka hanya menanyakan waktu berkunjung saya setelah saya mengkonfirmasi mereka menghilang. Pelayanan nya sangat tidak baik. Hasil yang di dapatkan tidak sesuai dengan gambar yang di upload di sosial media.

Sudah sering bikin kuku disini.tapi yang terakhir ini servicenya kurang sekali. Mungkin mboknya kecapean. Proses pembersihan kuku sakit, bahkan sampai luka dan berdarah pdhl sblmnya tidak pernah luka dan sakit. Nail gel jg nggak rapi (menurut sy skillnya kurang dibanding yg lain, sebelum yg terakhir ini sy puas sekali dg mbok yg pakai kacamata kerjanya cepat dan rapi), pengaruh lightning yg kurang terang juga (ini masukan untuk owner agar memperbaiki lightning krna ini beauty studio). Pokoknya tidak memuaskan service yg terakhir ini.cuma memang harganya murah jd akan ttp balik lg tp akan booking jam di pagi hari jd pelayanan lebih maksimal.

Fast and amazing pedicure, had previous gels removed and fresh gels done all within an 1h! So cheap! Staff are so friendly and helpful, very happy with my nails, thanks again!

Tempat nailtip / nailgel ter rapi yg pernah aku coba. Bener” detail dan sesuai bgt kaya kemauan. Cuman emg agak jauh aja hahahahahaha

My girlfriend went here. She was quit satisfied. For a 3D nailpolish only 200k rph. Both feet and fingernails.

A fat girl therapist (i dont know her name) did very rough job when removing my cuticle and made my left finger nail bleeding nonstop for 10mins. I press it to stop the blood, and she did nothing other than blame me to not press it, which according to her would causing unstoppable bleed, with annoyed face cos this incident might delayed her work. Then after sometime blood stopped, she continued with my right hand and made bleeding AGAIN on the tip of my index finger because of the rough nail file tool hit the base of my tip's nail. Please stop employ UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!

Great attention to detail, they take their time and make sure they do their work precisely. Affordable as well. I received lots of compliments on my nails!

Good price but the result isn’t really good. What makes me give 3 star is because the studio is very dirty and messy. Everything just dirty, wasn’t comfortable at all.

The best place to do nail art in BALI CANGGU. Everything was amazing! All the staff, so many color option, super cute nail art. Just perfect ️️. Super cheapp price but quality ️
