This place was amazing! I got gel builder and shellac on my hands and a pedicure and shellac on my feet. The staff were absolutely amazing and did my nails with such care and detail. I would 100% recommend this place.

Its not perfect but for the price it‘s okay.

The staff is really friendly, it is a beautiful salon and you can also pay with card.

I got gel manicure for my hands and foot. They were friendly and fast.
I paid that 400000 for all of them. Also I spent around 2 hours there. The shop is pretty busy, and the booking is needed.

The staff is exceptional and kind but it took 2.5 hours to have a below average nail experience yesterday. It was taking a long time and I had to catch a flight so I told them and they hurried the painting of my nails (normally it doesn’t take so long for acrylics) and one has already chipped. In addition to that I was charged for the removal of gel polish even though I was having them paint my nails which is abnormal in my experience. It was too much money for the quality.

Excellent work by Indri! She didn't have the pastel blue colour as seen on my scrunchie but she mixed different colours to achieve it like a true nail beautician. My nail art was a combination of 2 designs and she managed to weave them into a seamless design so effortlessly. Super affordable 220,000 rp for full nail art & will definitely go back again when I'm in Bali! Love from Singapore

I’ve got this cute nail done by ‘Indri’ (if I exactly remember). She was so kind and lovely, she gave the perfect work just same as I asked! Wanna visit here again.

The girls were great and very meticulous. Only complaint is they didnt have dark blue nail polish for normal colour!

Wow! LOVE K’nail! The K stands for Korean and so they have only special Korean nail varnishes. The selection of colours is the best I have seen worldwide (and I get my nails done in many countries having lived in England and paris and america)! Nadya and Asri are so lovely I feel they are family and my nails are even better! Came back to get pedicure 2 days after initial gel removal, extension and manicure!

My wedding manager recommended this place for getting my nails done, and I didn’t even bother to check out the reviews. What a mistake!

Via WhatsApp, i said in advance that I will need a simple manicure with a simple wedding design. I was hoping for a professional with a portfolio of works and examples. Instead, a girl just cut off my length in a way that my nails looked round and my fingers looked fat, then asked, “Should I do the same length on another hand, or make those longer? ”
Then she put a gel polish on all 5 fingers, rather far from the cuticle, and put my whole hand into the lamp. She didn’t even heard of careful, one-by-one nail straightening. In total, she put 3 layers of colour and 3 layers of fixer. Then she said that she cannot draw. I was like, really? Not even a simple flower? And she said, oh, I can try… It was so long and painful to watch.

Such incompetence was very annoying on the eve of the wedding. Instead of quality bride time, I got disappointed and wanted to cut off my hands.

In 3 weeks, I was able to easily peel off this gel just with my fingernails, from all my fingers, without going to a salon.

Bad, bad place.
