Mozaic

Mozaic is an experience! We started our meal in the lounge with cocktails and an amuse bouche. Then we went to the dining room for several more courses. We did the wine pairing which was excellent. For the main courses we went to the garden, then back to the dining room for dessert. The service was perfect and each course was intriguing. My favorites were the scallop and the third duck dish. The meal was pricey as expected, but the experience was one of a kind.

The most amazing dining experience I've ever had. The food was layered with flavors, the presentation stunning. The staff amazing! And very knowledgeable.
It was intentional with every detail from the setting of inside and outside, to the dining ware choices and from being taken inside and outside to experience in a different setting.
Absolute must!

French style food. Different table and atmosphere for the appertif, appetizers / main course and dessert. After 6-set meal, they serve one more dessert that’s a perfect ending for this dinner. Come to try, u will love it

I recently visited Mozaic for the second time, opting for the set menu. Unfortunately, my experience with the botanical set was disappointing as three out of eight dishes were poorly executed, and the cauliflower left a bitter aftertaste. While the seasonal menu showed improvement, the two desserts at the end diminished the overall dining experience and did not meet the restaurant's expected standards.

Regrettably, after this experience, I am inclined to believe that I won't be returning to Mozaic. It's disheartening because the quality seems to have declined compared to my previous visits, and the overall dining pleasure has diminished. It's sad to see that "better times" at the restaurant might be a thing of the past.

Go for a meal here! It's incredible! The attention to detail in every aspect was a truly unique experience!

A really inventive and outstandingly delicious 8-course menu served with a smile and excellent wine pairings. The food would not have been be out of place in a Michelin-starred restaurant in any capital city in the world, but the fact that we ate it in Bali added to the experience.

The best dining experience we had during our stay in Bali.
It's conveniently located close to Ubud's historical center. The place is pleasant and refined, and you'll have the opportunity to change rooms several times during dinner, with a disparu served in an inner courtyard which was most pleasant.
The two tasting menus were of excellent quality, one being totally vegetarian, and the wine pairing just as good. The staff were friendly and available, they took the tome to explain the local ingredients used or to talk about the wines.
We had an excellent time with my wife and hope one day to have the opportunity to return, thank you very much!

Wonderful restaurant with a very clever menu. We had lunch today and tried their set menu and what we selected was excellent and will back for lunch late in the week. Considering cost I was elated with range and quality of food. Certainly a gold star place. Staff very professional. Chefs produced a high quality lunch. The duck confit and rillettes was best I have ever had. It is a high class fine dining restaurant but Mosaic is now offering a very affordable lunch set menu. This is a must try restaurant for lunch. The decor is beautiful and soothing on hot days.

I went to Mozaic with my husband to celebrate my first anniversary. Everything was perfect. The place is nice, the service is great and the food is incredible, sophisticated and plated beautifully. The food is an interesting combination of french elevated cuisine and balinese ingredients/flavors. The flavors might not be for everyone, though, foie gras and lemongrass can be a weird combination for some people, something to consider. My husband and I loved the experience and the service.

I am so glad Mozaic reopened post covid! This has been a bucket list dinner for me for years and it didn’t not disappoint. 8 courses plus canapés and a surprise extra dessert matched perfectly with 8 cocktails!

Great experience and we had a great diner. A bit expensive but was worth it. Birthday suprise for my boyfriend in Bali. He loved it. ️️️

What a nice and wonderful restaurant. I went there last weekend, food omggggg yummyyyy superrbbbb I can't forget it 10/10, friendly and helpful staff.we also have chances to talk with one of chef there.definitely will come back when visit Ubud.

We went on a Thursday night, with the pandemic still gripping Bali. The place was empty, but the atmosphere was perfect regardless.

The 8 course tasting menu is perfection. French technique with a Balinese soul. The wine pairings were impeccable.

If you are in Ubud, you must make room for a night at Mozaic.

Such a good place for those with a good palate to enjoy authentic menu, a blend of French cuisine with local ingredients. It's a must while in Bali!

Service is so good. Every staffs are kind and professional trained. But taste of foods are different as well as what I respect for French. It is too much Indonesian style mixed French dishes.

Was ok really expensive for Bali and the sommelier was telling us we didn’t know what we we talking about wanting to have sparking wine with our seafood

Set in an outdoor lush tropical paradise, be prepared for fine dining, this Bali institution
and Michelin star restaurant doesn’t disappoint with exemplary service and incredible locally sourced ingredients make for some amazing creative dishes.

There have been multiple 1001 to do before you die lists published, and Mozaic has made several of them. While most “to-do’s” are fluff or fodder to fill a page, Mozaic in Bali is a true “must do”. When you enter this diminutive drive, you are greeted by a bevy of beautiful hostesses, who seem to know exactly who you are and are so happy to see you again. Offered a seat in the lounge first you are welcomed to a drink and canapés. Afterwards you are escorted to your table.

Recommend: the wine pairing is an exceptional value and highly recommend.
