Moo Moo's Steakhouse Bar & Grill

Had THE BEST steak. Not imported beef from Australia, and it was so good. Cooked perfectly, medium, with pepper steak gravy. Delicious. My friend, who is vegetarian, ordered deep fried onion rings, with seasonal veg. We both loved our meals.

Walked past a few times and decided to give it a go.
Impressive menu with a good range of dishes.
My wife and I ordered oysters for entree both Kilpatrick. For mains we ordered steaks, hers a 200g Sirloin, mine a 300g Rump. Mine advertised as ‘Imported Aussie Outback Steak’ with fried egg and a rasher of bacon. My wife’s was also imported from Australia.
We both ordered our usual medium rare.
After an extremely long wait the oysters arrived. Big, fat and tasty but not kilpatrick. Yep they had bacon on top but a bbq ish tomato sauce with black pepper sprinkled on top. Definitely NOT Kilpatrick sauce. Not what we wanted but they were ok.
When our steaks arrived they were cut very thin, usually done like that to make them less tough. Well it didn’t work.
My steak was tough, chewy and barely warm when it arrived, as were the chips and the pepper sauce. My wife’s was a little warmer but also very tough and chewy. I’d be surprised if they were Australian as advertised. And they were rare at best.
Probably the worst steaks I’ve had in a very very long time. Cold fried eggs are not very exciting.
The menu boldly displays ‘All taxes and charges included in price’ “NO Plus plus”
Great until you pay by card and get charged 3% on top. I put my card on the table expecting as normal for the eftpos machine to come out but no, my card was taken away and not returned with the receipt for close to 10 minutes even tho I asked other staff members for it to be returned. Not good on this age of card skimming and scams.
We will not be be back, there are much better steaks and oysters nearby for a much more reasonable price.

Very popular restaurant, staff super nice, food is good but can be quite expensive compared to other restaurants in surrounding area.

A bit inconsistent, came here 3 times for the wings and steak. First time visit was excellent then ordered med steak came out rare. Then it became worse, last time went there it was not seasoned at all! Had to returned my steak twice!

They are able to do pork ribs with garlic butter to cater for gluten-free. The sliders and chips were nice for the non gluten free people as well.

Oysters were good. Wings overcooked, fries overcooked too crispy, mash very rough in texture. A drink we ordered was substituted without consulting us, we were forced to just accept it. Very pub vibe dining with quiz nights, good for older crowds.

My bad I didn't see the size of steak advertised (200g) in a surf and turf but when you order a surf and turf for what's closer to aussie prices you expect more than a third of a steak, 3 runt prawns, handful of chips and half a plate of salad? Triplin down on one full steak is 3X jackin their profits and leavin customers chasin a goreng after for an actual "meal". Straight rip. Never again

I only stayed for a quick coke no sugar around mid morning. Open air bar / restaurant. The usual.

Opportunities for people watching with the footpath stools.

They have a varied entertainment program. I’ve noticed live rock music as well as quizzes as I’ve walked past over the course of two weeks.

It’s definitely worth a look see if you’re in the area

The service is great as all the staff are lovely, it's a very easy and chilled atmosphere. But of the two steaks I've had, both have been dissapointing and pretty cheap cuts of meat. Afraid I won't be eating there again.

What a great atmosphere. Food was great, service was great, price was great, live music was AWESOME.

First time visiting Moo Moos. Will definitely visit again. Front of house was so inviting and hilarious. Wait staff super friendly. Food cooked perfectly.

The medium rare steak was very tough and lacked flavor. The meal and one drink came to 250.000 Rp. Not recommended

Was called the Indonational in a previous life. Met up with an old mate who has worked there for 8 years.

Great atmosphere. Seems tailored to the Westeners with the sports tv's playing and the steak menu. Yummy chips and slushy was nice.

We went to watch the All Black's play Ireland on Saturday. My chicken breast stuffed with spinach on mash with a creamy sauce was delicious. Large roomy bar, cool and comfortable.

This is the second time we have been to Moo Moos. The first time the service and food was great. But this time service was a little slow and we order 2 steaks and both piece had white sinue running through them that you had trouble cutting with a knife and you could not chew it. The sinue run the whole way through it. The chef should have been able to see this and it should not have been cooked. We could see it was not good quality meet when they bought it to our table. They did say sorry and offer us another meal but we declined and didn’t pay for these meals.

The only restaurant/bar in Bali that I found that had any consideration for disabled people or wheel chair bound. They a ramp that wasn't at 45 deg, Toilets that were communal. As no were has a disabled toilet.
The only problem I had was the kitchen takes to long and mixed sea food meal lack flavour. Hans down the best place watch tour favourite sporting event. Very well maintained and renovated. CLEAN tidy & fantastic staff. My preference over Ybar any day of the week ️we dined in for a lunch and dinner & we also purchased take away a couple of times. Great hamburgers
