Monsieur Spoon

I visited for breakfast (there is a Breakfast menu).
I arrived around 10: 00 on a Sunday, and it was so crowded that both the outside and inside seats were half full, so I was able to get a seat without having to wait.

The breakfast menu has a wide variety of items such as croissants, avocado toast, and bagels. What caught my eye was the wide variety of breads (croissants, pain au chocolat, etc.) lined up in the showcase in front of the cash register. You can order your favorite bread directly from the showcase without looking at the menu (many people were ordering take-out). The price of the meal is around 60K to 100K, and it costs around 150K per person including food and drinks. It was about 200K. I ordered a New York Bagle, but it was so big that I couldn't finish it, so I had half of it put in a takeout box.

The staff are kind, the store is clean, and the service is fast, so I highly recommend it! I forgot the name, but the round bread with plenty of chocolate inside was a must-try until it was delicious. I wanted to come back to eat that bread again.

A little disappointed by the pain au chocolat which lacked crispness, but relatively surprised by the French breakfast: the baguette was good and the croissant was very crispy

Pertama datang tidak ada greeting oleh staff, sampai di meja staff harus dipanggil untuk membawakan menu. Beli croissant ditawarin butter/jam tapi tidak dijelaskan ada extra charge. Setelah bayar aku kaget dengan butter sekecil itu kena biaya 15.000 (tanpa dijelaskan oleh staff). Oke next setelah makanan keluar staff tidak ada yang stanby dekat dengan tamu. Tapi malah dibelakang ngobrol keras sekali sampai terdengar didepan. Saat mau bayar/minta bill harus dicari kebelakang.

Makan sudah selesai tidak ada yang menanyakan bagaimana makanannya? Ada tambahan lain atau tidak?
Tamu pergi meja baru di bersihkan. Pelayanan yang tidak bagus. Tidak di rekomendasikan

Worst Monsieur Spoon in Bali. Service and equipment are inadequate and slow. It is difficult to reach the venue.

Got the chocolate and salted caramel tarts which were good but not great. Very nice staff though!

Tasteless coffee. Fresh baked goods. Croissant the day before yesterday - dry and unpleasant

The pastrami and puff pastry combination is Ok. But the accessories spoil the whole thing. The processed cheese and lettuce were of unusual flavor for their origin.

I come here every day. The French bakery they have is so good. They have one of the best coffees in Canggu. The juice and the smoothly bowls are fresh and very tasty. Once you start eating the cakes and cookies you will love it. The stuff here is also very nice all the time

Very vibey cafe with good bread and crossaints.i had their breakfast set for dinner and it’s still very good! Comes with normandy butter and homemade jam

I was so pleased with the service I received from this business and the food was delicious!

Have nice and delicious dinner with my friends, cozy place and really savoury meal. Would definitely will come again.

Good breakfast and pastries. VERY BIG DISLIKE towards policy of allowing smoking everywhere. Disgusting!

Croque monsieur is poor. For a french place is bad.
Bread only toasted one side.
No cheese or butter inside to hold sandwich together so needed to be eaten with a knife and fork.
Salt caramel tart "tiny" is a BANGER! Well worth the trip for alone.

The worst coffee I've had in Canggu.
I ordered with go gek (amazing service), a smoothie bowl which was amazing, a smoked salmon bagel was good but not toasted enough (maybe not fresh, quite rubbery).
The black coffee was good but the CAPPUCCINO was not good, the milk wasn't frothed, considering I paid 35.000 idr for it.

Nice place. Tasty cheesecake! Would probably go there again. Had a few cute dogs wandering around which I love

Nice place to chill in hippies place on earth, canggu. They have indoor and outdoor seats. The bread and sweet so yummy.and you can pay with card. Don’t forget to try their signature monsieur spoon cake.

One of the best pastry in Bali - which is rare.

Decadent french toast, with shredded coconut. Monsieur Spoon Croissant. Chocolatine. Almond croissant. Apple chausson.

We swooned as we had a transcendent experience. In Bali but the baked goods tasted even better than most places in Europe. No wonder as they insist that their butter is from Normandy, France and cocoa from Valrhona chocolates. Paired with well made drinks, we were happy and satisfied we came back just before heading to airport.

After visiting 2 Monsieur Spoon at Seminyak and Petitenget. I decided to try the bigger one at Canggu. Same quality standard. Love the Pain au Chocolat and Plain Croissant. Ambience is busy but not too crowded. Definitely the best bakery in Bali.
