Very amazing place to which im coming back not a first year! All the doctors and nurses super trusted and love their facials! Very recommended, one of the best in Bali.

Awful experience, waited for over 2 hours with 2 kids, doctor extremely arrogant, didn’t even have a consult with me, just sent the nurse to give iv glutathione.

Not happy at all

Did fat freeze and facial here last month and I definitely love the result.the therapist is so informative about the procedures and I feel more comfortable doing the treatment.will come back for my next treatment soon!

My favourite facial place in Bali and ive tried many clinics before! Clean, good quality, and well trained staffs. Even my mom and my mother in law love it too. Coming back regularly every month for glowing skin!

The best to do hair removal with their Laser sopran treatment, and I did some other treatments as well and before that always did the consultation with their doctors, especially with dr. Zora really helpful to fix my skin-face problem. They have a lot of discount package as well!

Thanks for the service. Compared to other places it wasn’t bad. Pretty relaxing.place is clean too. Although. At the end of my treatment, when I was about to check out, one of the staff compared me to other client and said I needed fat reduction. I guess bodyshaming is part of marketing nowadays? Or was he not aware of the way he talk at all? Lol. Could have given 4 stars if not for the attitude. Free voucher tho so.thx lol.

Worst experience I ever had in costumer service.

First appointment went well and I was gonna come back because I was happy with the results and ready to treat my skin problems in this clinic.

Second time on arrival they told me the doctor had an emergency and couldn’t come, which I understood and rescheduled to the next day. Second treatment done and they asked me to book in advance the next appointment.

Appointment three (booked in one month advance) again gets cancelled because the same reason that de doctor has an emergency. Trying to reschedule looked impossible, also on another note it was already the second time they cancelled on me!

Finally we make a new appointment that could only take place after three days of waiting.

Today I go to the clinic where my appointment is at 10: 00 and I get a textmessage at 9: 50 (when I’m already on the way!) that AGAIN my appointment is rescheduled. THIS IS THE 4TH TIME IN A MONTH!

It looks to me that they really don’t take care about costumers, the service they provide or the clinic in general.

If you, like me, are looking for a clinic where you can regularly work on your skinproblem than I will tell you now that this is NOT! A clinic to work with.

Very disappointed that they would treat a costumer (that on a regular base visits) treat like this. Impossible to take this people seriously.

I have been doing treatment here since 2 years ago. Doctor anna is my favourite dermatologist and Icha as my favourite therapist always doing facial for me.

I got a first laser here, it was amazing, the place, the people, and Niken & Icha was too good to be true, what an experience

Mukaku udah di-take care oleh Moii since mereka buka tahun 2019. Kalo gak puas dan gak ada hasilnya, gak mungkin aku balik lagi dan lagi setiap bulan-nya.
